The staff were all polite, efficient and friendly and the surroundings were clean and pleasant.
My procedure was explained to me, the doctor listened to me and I was all done within a reasonable time.
I will be returning to this practice when I need further treatment.

I visited on Saturday morning, waited long more than an hour, then rescheduled another appointment which I received a message to confirm whether I was going to attend on Friday morning when I rang on Wednesday afternoon to cancel the appointment. The message for Friday, I responded NO to confirm that I was not going to attend the canceled appointment. On Monday afternoon, I received a bill in my account for not attending.WHY?

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely receptionists. I had to change to a new Dr when I moved here to Yarrabilba. I have a great Doctor, Dr Emma Kelley at Myhealth, who shows a great understanding of, and is empathetic towards me, regarding my medical history and my chronic ongoing support needs. Everyone is courteous and welcoming.

My family and I have been attending this clinic since it opened. If I could give 10 stars I would. Although wait times can sometimes be longer, it's worth it for the quality of care I have received. Dr Chandy is by far the best family gp we have had. I have always felt listened to and never rushed with any health complaint I have had. The staff at reception are friendly and easy to deal with and Karen Jean has gone above and beyond for my family countless times and is an absolute rock star.

The receptionist was professional, friendly and warm (both to myself and in the conversations I heard her having on the phone).

Dr. Chandy is the most patient and thorough doctor I have ever had. He always quietly takes the time to ask all the right questions, take all the right notes, and do whatever else is needed to find solutions.

The nurse who completed the details of my care plan was also thorough, professional and made me feel important and at ease.

I feel valued at this clinic and happily travel past many like it for these experiences.
