I have been seeing Dr. Adnan Khan for over eight years, since his time at the Newington clinic. We drive extra miles from different location to visit him. He’s been a trusted Family Doctor not only for me but also for my family and friends, who all appreciate his exceptional care and expertise. Dr. Khan always knows exactly what he’s doing; his diagnoses and recommendations are consistently spot-on. Dr. Khan’s manner to be unnecessarily rude and dismissive toward both myself and my son, I am going to complain about this person in AHPRA, who is currently struggling with severe symptoms of disease. His unprofessional behavior added to the stress of our challenging time. I hope that by sharing my experience, the hospital can help ensure that patients feel respected and comfortable in their interactions, regardless of cultural background.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adnan Khan at Wentworth Point Medical Centre for many years, and I highly recommend him. Dr. Khan is not only very experienced and knowledgeable but also caring and attentive to his patients' needs. Receptionists do not know work processes and lack knowledge. I asked about the helicobacter test to my husband. They give me 3 p.m. appointments time. My husband got a day off, but he couldn’t give a test. The doctor told my husband to come back tomorrow morning and not eat or drink. If receptionists told us this basic information, we would get an appointment time early in the morning and just a one-time visit. They didn't respect consumers time.

Have been going to this medical centre for 4 years about 2 years ago they introduced a gap fee of $30 which I only had to pay for in person vists but whenever I did a telehealth appointment it was bulk billed. Today I had a 3 minute telehealth consultation and got charged a $30 gap fee. When I called the medical centre to enquire about why I got charged so much for a 3 min telehealth consultation when I had previously not be charged anything for a telehealth I was told that any telehealth consult, including a 1 min phone call for test results will incur a $30 gap fee! Ridiculous and exploitive! Will never be back, avoid unless you like being ripped off!!

I recently went to see Dr Thusha and honeslty I was really amazed. I’ve been looking for a good GP for so long! I also had to have some blood work done and I saw Pinkal. She was so gentle and calm, which really helped my anxiety. So happy with my experience.
