Many times we go to the Doctors and it can feel like you're an inconvenience or the Doc is just trying to wade through their day and you're just a number.
I found Dr. Tennakoon to be the opposite. He was very helpful taking his time talking me through things. He was very knowledgeable and imparted a great deal of quiet confidence. I went late in the afternoon expecting to wait but I went almost straight in.

First time. Dr was very friendly and thorough. Checked my height weight and blood pressure. Also ran a test and said he would get back to me. Left feeling at ease. Would highly recommend .

I am so sick and was unable to get to the clinic so my partner organised a Telehealth appointment for me. I’ve never had an appointment over the before so was a little unsure, I usually go into the clinic. However I received a call from Dr Piyumal Tennakoon who was great. Worked through my symptoms, offered a number of treatment options and followed up with an email treatment plan including a list of red flag symptoms to represent or seek urgent medical attention. Can’t highly recommend MyHealth Wellington Point enough. Looking forward to getting better.

Dr Tan is an attentive, empathetic doctor who listens and cares for her patients! The staff at the surgery are efficient & lovely to deal with too. The online booking system is easy to use & text message notifications are great reminders for appointments.
