I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr Raham Behrouz at this clinic. I have a history of breast fibrocystic changes and cysts, so I do regular annual checkups. This time, I visited to request a referral letter for my routine ultrasound. However, the doctor refused to issue one unless I provided previous reports — relying solely on old paperwork rather than conducting any proper examination. Even when I asked for a manual check, the doctor only briefly examined the area I mentioned, and only because I insisted. Shockingly, the doctor did not wear gloves or wash hands before the examination, only washing hands afterwards. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene and professionalism. I have never encountered such careless and dismissive medical service before. It is completely unacceptable to base a diagnosis only on past records without properly examining the patient.

Cannot speak highly enough of this medical practice. Reception staff are friendly, professional and helpful . Dr Stokes is amazing, very thorough, highly skilled and has excellent communication skills putting you at ease and explaining your problems and treatment plan.
I am so happy to have Dr Stokes as my GP and have 100% confidence in him.

I found it very quick on time. The girls on the desk were very nice and remembered me even though I hadn’t been there for a long time. I found it very pleasant. My Doctor as always is precise on target and a gentleman. As far as I know there isn’t a better Doctor experience
