Today, I attended My Health at Top Ryde. The receptionist was very pleasant, and was called by the doctor right at my appointment time. The Doctor I saw was Dr Jeanne Winarta . She is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. She is thorough, non judgemental and genuinely caring. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met , and has definitely found her calling.
I would encourage anyone to attend My Health Top Ryde. Visiting the doctor can be an anxious experience, but I always feel better when I leave this establishment.

My 3yo boy complained left ear sore and pain from noon today, got worse couple hours later so I took him to visit the medical clinic in North Ryde, non bulk-billed and the doctor only examined his ears and straightaway prescribed antibiotics. I inquired the condition and she advised the earwax preventing her viewing the canal well but my boy show discomfort when she inserted the otoscope hence she recommended to take 7 days antibiotics just in case things get out of control. I don't feel very comfortable of this as seems to me it is viral infection rather bacterial infection therefore antibiotics might not be very appropriate. So I decided to get a second opinion, to be honest, I didn't expect too much from the Urgent Care Clinic. I rang them at 4:45pm and the receptionist advised me it is a walk in service and last patient they will take is 7:30pm today(Sunday). We went arrived around 5:40pm. Nurse came and inquired a few medical history straight after we have filled out the new patient form and Dr Wang came in just 2 or 3 minutes later. Dr Wang inquired about what happened today and some medical history etc, then performed ear, chest and throat examination as well as temperature. He suspected it is viral infection hence antibiotics won't work if that's the case. His chest is very clear, throat is nice and have a bit temperature, For now, have him on monitor for 48 hours, give him neurofen and go visit my regular GP tomorrow to double check whether things get worsen. I'm so grateful I made the call and came over visit this Urgent Care clinic and I thank Dr Wang for your profession and your caring. No waiting time, friendly receptionist and nurse and professional Dr. Thank you very much.

Our My Health Medical Centre at Top Ryde is very convenient. It is a great practice with an abundance of Dr's readily available. The staff at Top Ryde are always very pleasant and accommodating. They are very helpful if you need to contact the centre by phone for enquiries or to change any appointments made online.
Being able to make online appointments is very convenient! I have never had to wait a long time for my GP. Dr Grace Zhao is my doctor and she hasn't ever kept me waiting very long and is very helpful...
I hear from friends in other medical centres that they have had to wait up to an hour for their doctor to see them, even with an appointment, never so in my case. Thanks My Health Top Ryde for your good service.

Dr Francis Leung is a compassionate, intelligent down to earth doctor who listens to and cares for his patients. Good follow through. I have been seeing him for over 3 years and had no issues. Keep up to his appointments, with virtually no wait time. Very thorough and helpful. The girls at the reception quite friendly and cooperative.

Any time I have to visit the clinic the staff at reception are happy and rely friendly and professional the Dr's. are great, Ia'm currently seeing Dr.Kim who's very thour and easy to talk to apears to be on top of all ailments I go to him with.
