I honestly very highly recommend this doctor surgery for many reasons.
1st is due to the receptionist is always friendly polite and respectful.
2nd is the reason why I'm now again on a waiting list for surgery is Dr Sandy Liu I cannot recommend her enough due to thoroughness the care she has for her patience and professionalism and the best doctor I've seen since 1999
3rd is the exceptional work all the nurse's do at the clinic.
as I was on a waiting list and the doctor who I use to see in Richlands who only cared about he's pay check at the end of the week.

This practice provides unclear information about whether they offer bulk billing or not. Even after I explicitly stated my desire for a bulk bill and confirmed my appointment, I was not given a clear answer.

They often fail to inform patients about any private fees until after the appointment. I received a call from the doctor's receptionist afterward, informing me that I would be charged privately, and I was sent a link for payment the next day.

When I inquired about what happened then when they received the results of my tests, only then they mentioned that I would incur an additional charge to review those results. I informed them that I would not be using any referrals, as I do not want to engage with what I consider deceitful hidden charges.

I find this practice to be misleading. The receptionist stated they have not been offering bulk billing for a year; however, I left without being charged for my consultation. This information was only provided after I had already left the office.

I strongly recommend asking numerous questions before considering this practice and engaging with their doctors. It appears that the level of time and concern you receive is dependent on the fees they can charge you.

I was surprised that Dr. Ruban spent a significant amount of time with me during my visit, as consultations that are bulk-billed are typically brief. Little did I know that I would be charged privately after leaving the practice.

Is this how you take pride in your practice, as you claim in your usual responses to dissatisfied patients?

Many others have found this practice to be rude, unprofessional, unkind, and misleading.

Dr Louise Gore Jones is extremely knowledgeable and really seems to care. You don't feel like just another booking or patient, she goes out of her way to be thoughtful and help get you what you need.

Dr Louise Gore-Jones has been our family doctor since 2013. MyHealth Toowong if our go-to no matter the reason. All the doctors have cared for my kids in short notice. Highly recommend for a drs practice that cares and is well staffed.

I had the worst medical experience with one of the doctors at this practice. Completely dismissive of my medical concerns and attributed my symptoms to lifestyle choices I explicitly said I didn’t partake in. An absolute waste of money for the consult. Went to another practice 1 week later where the doctor actually listened to me and was able to diagnosed the an underlying health condition. Terrible patient rapport and have told several other potential patients to look at other practices.

Fortunately my doctor,Dr Geetha took time out out of her busy schedule to see me. They rang an ambulance for. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
