I’ve had a sore back for a couple of months and had Ivan Lam treat it for the last month. He not only did deep tissue massage to loosen the area but he also gave me exercises and stretches to strengthen the area so it doesn’t keep happening. I’m very grateful to have someone so experienced treating me and not trying to up sell me. Oh and “yes, my back has improved since Ivan has started treatment”.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Mamta Verma for my routine check up as I wanted to do it on a regular basis. Not only was Dr Mamta helpful and efficient in organising my blood tests but was ready to listen to any queries that I had. She would be my go to family doctor for my whole family. Always good to have a doctor who can understand our language as it makes my parents comfortable to discuss their health problems in detail with the doctor. She can understand Hindi and English very well. She takes time to make her patients feel comfortable and welcoming.
