I highly vouch for Doctor Ryan Mitchell. I love how he engaged with my little one on his 4month check-up. And yesterday I went to get check my lower back pain, and I am truly amazed how he exceptionally explained everything. One of the worst place.. I went there waited for an hr even after booking appt. After that dr Aisha malik treated me and my son with very frustrated and annoyed.
He had a burn so we went there for dressing rather than doing the dressing she started frightening us saying his legs are all sticked with the bandage we need to go to emergency and then wrote a big referral.
We took that to st.george hospital the RN's were laughing for what she wrote.
It was a gelonet in my son's leg and she was scared with gelonet.
She hasn't got a knowledge and experience i would prefer RN's than a dr like aisha malik

I had an appointment today at 9:40 am. I arrived at 9 am and did the check in at the reception. At 9:50 I still was not been called and asked about at the reception again and they told me Dr was not in. Why they didn't tell me once I arrived and avoid wasting my time.

I had an appointment with Dr. Umaira, and she saw me at the scheduled time without any long wait. She was very attentive during the consultation. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful. And most important thing is that this clinic has arrangement with OVHS Medibank and the gp fee is only $20.Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The worst care I have ever received. I had a car accident and this medical center has affected me psychologically, poor care and mistreatment, I paid $270 for the worst deal of my life.

Not be put off by negative comments. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Explain everything. I see a wonderful female dr there and it is amazing to be listened to and heard.
Dr Liu and the reception staff are wonderful.

After waiting for 30 minutes on the phone to make an appointment with the doctor, this medical center’s phone system hangs up on. Then when you try to call again it says the user is busy. This is so irresponsible and frustrating. You need to improve your communication with your patients.
