The receptionist and the clinic manager are extremely rude.

I was ringing around to see which clinic has the earliest appointment and I trying to get my son into an earliest appointment

My usual GP and clinic is booked out for this week.

I told the clinic manager at my Health Robina that my son was admitted to hospital last Dec because he had pneumonia and I concerned that he has the symptom again.

I was told there was no appointment today but tele appointment or face to face appointment available tomorrow.

However, as my son has not been to their clinic for 2 years, so he is not eligible for a tele appointment.

Also because he is coughing so he is not allowed to come to the clinic to have a face to face conversation either

The suggestion is I go somewhere else

Really, since when, the clinic can actually select patients and reject sick children.

Incredible reception staff helped me with an urgent medical matter and quickly had a Dr call me and they also bulk billed!!!

Very bad experience that I do not wish anyone to go through. I first went with a pain in my pelvis and had to insist the GP to send me to get ultrasounds. When I received the results she called to make an urgente appointment. Once I had the appointment Dr Jyoti Ravikumar told me that she believed I had cancer… she sent me to an specialist to check what I had, but told me that “because of your symptoms I believe you have cancer”. Like that! There was no empathy or care at all. Instead of saying more investigation is needed, she basically gave a diagnosis in the spot. Not to say I was alone, had to drive home, freaked out after her “diagnosis”. I’m never coming back to this medical centre.

I would like to say MyHealth Robina has the best receptionists and Doctors on the Gold Coast. Short waiting time, easy and available appointments, clean, friendly environment.

The doctors here are excellent and very helpful. Not long waiting times unlike other doctor practice's where you are waiting almost an hour to be seen. I have been coming here for 2 years, and I recommend everyone to these doctors.
Reception staff could do with smiling a bit more, as mentioned in many previous reviews but we can't blame them. They probably have a tough job.

Consistently rude and terrible receptionists! Disgusting phone manners and I strongly suggest to avoid at all costs! Every single time I called or went in for an appointment reception staff were consistently rude and terrible at their job. Honestly how hard is it to be a decent kind human, particularly to their older patients. What I witnessed and how the reception staff treated their patients I WILL NEVER BE BACK! As for the doctors, they are not terrible, however be prepared to wait over 50 mins for your appointment then be rushed in and out with minimal time to address concerns.
