When I go to this gp, always make me disappointed. Today I have appointment with Hannah Lee. She refuse to see my child because she has flu symptoms. I really don’t understand they have ethics to help sick people isn’t it. Their target is just making money. Not for patient health. Also this picture below women is working here long time. She is very rude no communication and bad behaviour. Always make people anxious.

The manager at the clinic is a bit more approachable now than before and her team of receptionists do do their job.
Did not have to wait long at all ( compared to other clinics). Dr Mohamed Al Hairi is an excellent doctor. We have been seeing him for 8 years now and he has been taking great care of my wife and i. Great bedside manners and of a caring nature. The nurses there are also great!

friend of mine took me to the clinic! I was so sick but the front desk treated us rudely by a non asian receptionist! When we asked for her name, the whole receptions were trying to hide for her and not providing her name! One Asian receptionist told us in mandarin, they have so many patients asking same questions everyday that is why they cant be bother anymore! Look if this is your work ethic, then we don't think reception is your kind of work! Patient is there to look for answers, not there to take negative emotions just because you need to repeat answers daily! For you it might be thousand times, but for us it may be the first time! The worst experience ever in a clinic!

Dr Yeji Kim is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She first helped when I had something stuck in my eye and helped with a sore knee

Been coming here for years despite leaving the area. At any centre, appointments will always run over but the wait times here are way less than my previous medical centres. Dr Jeff is an absolutely wonderful doctor and I thank him so much. Never had an issue with reception and the one time they had to reschedule me to a weekend, they waived the fee. Very fair. Excellent centre with high quality doctors.

I have been a patient at MyHealth Clinic for almost 10 years and have always been very happy with the service, particularly with Dr. Faisal. However, recently, I haven't seen regular doctors before, instead I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service. The waiting times have become much longer — on several occasions, I’ve had to wait over an hour. Additionally, the gap payments seem to be increasing regularly.

Most concerning, during my last visit, I was reminded about a debt for a weekend phone consultation back in June, which I don’t recall. I requested evidence of this appointment since I genuinely cannot remember it. Despite explaining that I would be happy to settle the payment later at the clinic, I was told that I needed to provide my card details and pay immediately before I could even speak with the doctor. I also needed a prescription for my daughter’s inhaler, but again, they insisted on payment first.

The way I was treated felt dismissive, as if my loyalty and history as a patient didn’t matter. It’s disappointing to see the service deteriorate like this after such a long time.

Doctor was competent, friendly and thorough. I dealt with 2 receptionists. The first was competent and advised me how many people ahead of me and the wait time. The second receptionist needed retraining. Could not find my booking and did not seem to understand what I was saying. I observed her with another customer and they experienced the same problems.

The non-asian reception today was the rudest we’ve encountered so far in the health sector. Even though my sister already gave her the card with the name on it, she’s demanded her to say her name again and again, maybe 3-4 times, in the most rude and mocking manner that I felt she even shouted at her. When we asked for her name, the other receptionists were defending her, If there’s a minus star button, I’d like to give it to her. Even though our doctor at this hospital have a great clinical skills, my sister wishes not to go to this hospital again because of this one particular entitled non-asian reception.
