An amazing experience every time myself or a member of my family attend this medical practice. From the time we arrive the receptionist are all pleasant and friendly as well as the nurses etc. All Drs take the time and are very thorough. The booking system online is very easy to use. Waiting times are very minimal. Will only ever use this practice.

Always a positive experience at MyHealth Penrith from making your appointment to consultation with your medical professional. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. A big bonus being able to have pathology tests and nurse services conducted on site too. Highly recommended.

Dr Mary Anne, if you aren’t thin then I don’t recommend booking an appointment with this doctor. She is actually really nice and does seem to care about you, but it gets unprofessional when she makes it about your weight.
I had an appointment where I wasn’t inquiring about my weight at all, she then randomly asks me to go on the scale and says “dont you want to be healthy? Don’t you care about your health?” Assuming I’m not healthy and that I don’t already prioritise my healthy, simply because of my weight.

Then she randomly asks “Do you eat ALOT?”. Shocking as it may be to some people, but not every chubby person is consuming an entire camel every day.😭
Then I found out she was measuring my bmi WITHOUT my permission and unsolicited, tells me I’m more than women my own age. Then she says “We’re gonna get you tested for diabetes”, I actually wish I was joking. A couple months ago I was told by a different doctor my sugar levels are completely normal and healthy.
In conclusion, she can be a nice doctor but it gets very unprofessional when she makes it about your weight, especially when that’s not what you came for. I just thought to give a little heads up to the people out here, thanks for reading. ❤️ (yes this actually happened, i wouldn’t joke about something like this😭)

Also this is just my personal experience, maybe you’ll be fortunate enough to not experience this, just take it with a grain of salt, but if you’re very self conscious about your weight and body image, please be careful, I have thick skin when it comes to stuff like that and it kind of affected me even.

Always a great experience at this practice. The receptionists are always friendly and super helpful. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both Dr Bonnie and Dr Daniel. Both Dr’s have great bedside manner and are always very thorough. I’ve since moved out of area but will drive 40mins any day for this type of care!

Dr Chris Pinto is such a breath of fresh air! He is so amazing with my two young kids, always managing to make them laugh, even when it’s time for needles! Thank you so much for helping my kids actually enjoy visiting the doctors!
