Not a better clinic to be. No communications from the GP. If they have better communication regarding the costs. that could have saved me money. Paid $160 out of pocket for not communicating the unseen costs. GP could have done better.

Very poor service. I was booked for the phone consultation on 14/07 Sunday at 1pm, after 1pm I called twice just to remind that I’m still waiting for the call from the doctor, the receptionist assured me that doctor ruining late, but for sure she will call me. Unfortunately when I called at 2pm and asked what is going on , the medical centre was closed, so doctor doesn’t call me. I needed prescription for the medications for the cholesterol and my blood pressure which I’m using everyday, but the doctor treated me with no respect as a patient at all, that’s absolutely unacceptable as a big negligence!

I’ve gone here twice now, receptionists have always been amazing and caring. Although I’ve had to wait for over an hour for the doctors.
I booked a standard consult for a doctor, after I was let in an hour later after my scheduled appointment she told me she had decided to do long consults for the day as she was working until 6pm. Which is fine I just wish she had let me know beforehand as I would have turned up an hour later and I didn’t need a long consult just needed to get a refill of my script. I asked beforehand if it was going to be bulk billed as I have medicare to which she replied if I became a regular and was going to listen to her she would do me the favour of bulk billing my appointment. I was confused by this.

She suggested to get things I didn’t need as no other doctor had ever suggested it before and when I asked the price of it told me I could afford it. My previous medication was fine. Although I trusted her, I left and went to the chemist to get the new medication she suggested, I received an over priced version in which I could not afford. I felt really upset and won’t be coming back. I do appreciate the receptionists and the service from them. I understand other doctors who work there might be different.
