I have always had a positive experience here. The staff at the reception are so friendly. Today I forgot my debit card and was worried about not getting the Medicare Rebate. The guy at the reception guided me correctly and eased my worries. Dr Poonam is my favourite doctor for the knowledge she has, very warm and friendly and always very explains me things patiently and her accurate guidance has worked for the betterment of my skin and my overall health. Definitely recommend this clinic.

My appointment today was with Dr Ashley Bennett. He was very professional and kind. He was very thorough in checking on my symptoms.and very confident in his diagnosis. Really happy I made my appointment with him . The service from the staff at reception was also excellent.

Saw Dr Hadfield for a routine check up and meds.. He is a great doctor, easy to talk to, and listens and responds to your health needs. Certainly would recommend him and the practise if you live locally

I enjoyed a great service from the doctor and nurses. The waiting room was littered with trash and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks. The rest rooms were no better, the floors were just dirty and there was a lot of foul odor lingering in the air.

So as a first mother my daughter is 7 months of age, I’ve already had to changed where I took her originally and started going to my health, the doctors were really lovely and receptionist but only just today I had forgotten a appointment by accident, and got the most attitude from front desk for forgetting and getting blamed on which is unfair as I’ve been extremely busy so “sorry” that I forgot. I don’t know why I’m getting disgusting attitude at 8:40am for forgetting a simple appointment. Whoever that lady was who spoke to me better watch out with her attitude telling me ”are you serious” beginning to not be very happy
