I went last week to discuss about my report. When I went there Dr. Sara didn’t find my blood report instead she only had my urine test. She then proceeded to ask me why I went somewhere else to my blood test instead of pathology upstairs. She asked me same questions two times, I think it is my choice to do test wherever I feel comfortable. She kind of blamed me for not finding report. Afterwards she made me call pathology and told them to send report back again. She talked to the lady of pathology service and orally she asked about my report which came normal indeed. She took me to the receptionist area and told me to get my report. She didn’t even bothered to manually look at my report. I was already tired of that visit and wanted to leave that place as soon as possible. I regret my decision of not reading reviews about her?. Anyways thanks but no thanks. Rest of the staff were nice and friendly.

Reception is incredibly rude and condescending. When walking in I approached her and was met with a filthy look and complete dismissal. Was incorrectly billed for a no show appointment when i was sat upstairs the whole time waiting because of a miscommunication on their end. I completely understand that it was a miscommunication but accountability needs to be taken for incidents like this instead of being met with such blatant disrespect

I’m happy to have met Dr. Chama Dias! If you visit, definitely book an appointment with her. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely cares, going above and beyond in her consultations. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve encountered since moving to Sydney. She can find absolutely everything.

Saw Dr. Sara Guirgis and it was the worst ever experience. She does not listen to anything you have to say and she does not care. I would give -100 stars if I could. No doctor could be worse than her, she's a quack.

Most of the doctors are lovely, Dr. Leon is wonderful, however do not book with Dr. Sara Gurguis. She was lazy, rude and not queer friendly. I do not recommend.

An excellent clinic of caring GPs with relevant up to date information and skills across all aspects of general practice. Good referrals, good with mental health, friendly nurses and reception staff. You can usually get an appointment without a lot of difficulty. I’m a happy local client and warmly recommend this clinic.

Avoid if you can.

I went here for about 3 years.
Never had an appointment on time, always at least 15 minutes late.
2 times I had an appointment cancelled by the clinic 30 mins before it was meant to start.
Once they called me the morning of my appointment saying my doctor was unavailable and they booked me with someone else at a later time.

Never an apology or acknowledgement that they had done something wrong. Always had to pay full price for the appointment.

I once needed a referral for a specialist appointment at a hospital. Dr Sara Guirgis printed it off and gave it to me saying “you can call them to book in”. Pure laziness.
