I came to this medical centre with my sick daughter, hoping for immediate care. Despite the waiting room being completely empty, I was told they were fully booked. To my shock, there was a sign on the counter stating they could fit us in for a $50 fee. This blatant prioritization of profit over patient care is deeply disappointing and unacceptable, especially when dealing with a sick child.

Patients rely on medical professionals to provide compassionate care, not prioritize money over health. This experience has made it clear to me that this practice lacks empathy and proper ethical standards. I would strongly urge management to reconsider their policies and prioritize patients’ well-being.

Obviously not my patient name but that's because I'd still like care from my dr. Dr Trang and Denny are honestly the only reason this practice still has patients. Dennys the best receptionist out there and Dr Trang is an amazing and sympathetic Dr who takes his time and really listens to his patients. He takes such good care of my son. As for the receptionist whose name I'm unsure of but she wears a scarf (respectfully) she is the rudest human on earth. Fighting with patients in front of everyone because of her own mistakes. Not taking peoples medical conditions seriously. Forgetting to check people in so they wait hours even after speaking to reception. She's a piece of work and honestly she shouldn't be working here. If you want to lose all your patients then she's the person to help you. If you want to keep your business running I'd suggest moving her to where she has no interactions with people at all. The same could be said about Dr Nada who told a patient she must have had a brain infection because her hair was unwashed. That patient had had a stroke. I'd seriously consider that attitudes and representations you want for your practice.

Dr Alex Sami is the most unprofessional doctor I ever met. I saw in his profile that he is a dermatologist and that’s why I visited him. He barely had a conversation with me for 5-7 min and he suggested me to other doctor. If you can’t treat patients with acne or skin related problems then why did you add dermatologist term on your bio. He was treating me as he was in a hurry or something. I’ve been to that medical center couple of times and seen other doctors as well. They were really good and professional. But Dr Alex Sami disappointed me a lot. Highly disappointed.

Dr Maryam (she’s afghan) is the must unprofessional doctor I have ever met.
I am pregnant because of getting referrals to hospital I’ve meet her But she was so rude and she hasn’t done anything for me
She wasn’t on time to seeing the patients !!
I don’t recommend this unprofessional DR!

2 days ago I took my son to see a dr in myhealth medical center Merrylands. There was only one we can see at early time dr nien la. He was so pushy, it seemed to me that he doesn’t want to see new patients, he did speak with us like a bored person and it was only for some minutes, He was not talking like a Professional dr, I was looking at him as he really hates his Jobe. He made an appointment for today to check on my son, he really is in bad mood, he speaks but doesn’t answer the question clearly, and when I asked him what to recommend as treatment for another symptom, he didn’t help at all, he just said ok and buy. He ended the appointment in 2 minutes. I don’t recommend him to anyone.

The receptionist is rather rude. I was asking questions about healthcare and she rudely answered that if I know it I wouldn't be asking. I don't recommend this place. Better find another medical centre.
