Located in Level 1 Westfield Parramatta. Operates on weekdays. Prior booking for doctor consultation on phone. Dr. Grace Kim is very professional and helpful. The staff are friendly. Good experience. For private medical card holders, invoices are provided with medical line item codes.

We love Dr Nam. He really listens to your concerns and helps you out. I don’t mind the wait and if ever he’s not available and I have an appointment, the receptionist calls as early as she can to inform me about the changes. The staff are accomodating to the best of their ability. We’ve been coming here for more than 5 years now.

Physiotherapist Dr. Flora is wonderful too. Their nurse is nice as well. Even the lab staff inside the health centre too.

The reception staff is very unhelpful and seems like she does not care about people’s health at all. I called and asked for an urgent appointment to see any GP (at level 1 or level 5 Westfield) as I had fainted twice that day and needed to see a GP asap.
She insisted that they are fully booked out despite how urgent my case was. It is hard to believe that between 10+ doctors and two medical centres, there isn’t 10min to spare for an Emergency appointment. It is very disappointing to see patients being treated like a number, rather than actually caring about their health.

I called my health level 2, which was also fully booked out but the receptionist staff still asked me to come in immediately and they fit me in for one of the doctors to see me as a matter of urgency. I’m switching centres now to Level 2 as they are way more flexible and their staff / doctors actually care about people’s health.

Doctors and staff are very polite and well informed. Doctors not only give you proper diagnosis but will explain on what is happening with your body. They do not rush to next patient and give proper time until patient is satisfied although cons of this this is sometimes you need to wait for sometime to see doctor.

We used to just pick any random GP's until we fortunately met Dr. Nam Phan, an absolute gem. He is very kind, knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining things to us. We actually no longer live near his centre but we still prefer to travel the distance just get myself and my family checked. We feel safe and well looked after under his care.
