I will preface this by saying that Drs Andy Law and Belinda Chung are fantastic doctors , and I can not speak more highly of their professional and thorough approach to their patients.

The same can not be seen for Dr Sandy. I came in for treatment of a respiratory virus, and mild chest pain. She essentially ignored the virus, and focused her concern on the chest pain, which turned out to be a symptom of the virus. Had she listened even slightly, she would've not only produced the right notes for the emergency department she insisted I go to, but would have been able to properly do her job.

I will only ever return to this location as a last resort, as despite not bulk billing, the quality of overall service seems to have gone downwards.

Worst experience. I waited 50 minutes then went in to the doctor’s office and waited another 5mins before I was addressed.
The doctor didn’t put anything effort in writing my referral letter and even took a photo call during my appointment. What is the point of over booking your appointments if you can’t handle the volume of people.
The last time I came here I had pneumonia and the doctor refused to prescribe me any medicine. I had to go get a second opinion to figure out i had pneumonia in the first place.
My experience shows that this doctors office doesn’t take their patients seriously. Don’t go.

booked the appointment on weekend when I'm really sick, reception called me to confirm if I'm coming or not, mentioning 'on weekend we charge 30 dollar'. it was the rudest phone call ever, just because I was sick and took me few second to think how to respond cause I didn't expect the charging, the receptionist was keep asking with no manner and patient 'you coming or not?' 'yes or no', it is so rude.

Dr. Sandy is probably the worst GP I have ever had the displeasure of having to visit. She does not care about her patients nor does she seem to know the healthcare system very well. Consults with her are highly delayed and thoroughly unhelpful, let alone accounting for the wait time. I've never gotten any real medical advice of value from this doctor.

However, I highly recommend Dr. Belinda and Dr. Andy - they are very professional and skillful in their practice. They are compassionate and genuinely care about their patients' wellbeing. I will be coming back but never seeing Dr. Sandy again.

Thank you to the reception staff as well because they have been nice and quite understanding lately.

I have had positive experiences with some of the doctors at the clinic, and I appreciate their expertise. If there is the way for negative points, it must go for bad receptionists with poor service, lacks of education and even the knowledge of their policy , especially some old ladies. I am not going to use their services anymore. Their booking system is also very awful. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the overall service. I would like to suggest considering upgrades to enhance the overall patient experience and satisfaction. This could potentially include improvements in appointment scheduling, waiting times, or communication processes. Your attention to these aspects would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and efficient healthcare experience for patients.

Dr Andy Law is the best GP I've ever seen. professionalism patience, explains the root cause of symptoms concisely.
recently he is not more bulk-billed (sigh... but it is understable and he deserves it) but it is worth every penny to visit him for complicated symptoms, and of course, visit other bulk-billed GP for sick certificate, blood test etc

Extremely rude service by Dr Liang. This is the third time I waited for more than an hour for my consultation and this time only required 30 seconds to print an ultrasound report. I asked Dr Liang why the wait was so long again today when she came out of her office to call another patient. She asked me to wait a few more minutes and when I eventually entered her office she immediately told me to not complain again and threatened to not progress with my consultation. This is not the level of professionalism and conduct that doctors should display to their patients.
