This is where I see my GP and it's a really great place to visit each time. There's lots of parking, access is easy from the main road, the staff is very very friendly and professional and the GP is excellent to say the least. Overall I would recommend Myhealth Marketplace 100%. Two thumbs up indeed 👍👍

I do not recommend anyone coming here. Apparently, I had missed three appointments that were booked online which I never booked and I kept pleading my case and then Dr TAREK SHALABI came out and raised his voice at me after I told him to calm down and then he continues to still raise his voice. Hi Dena asked for the managers details and he piped up and says I’m the owner rudely. I had to pay $40 for their late fees when I didn’t even book those appointments. I then left Paisley came out to make a phone call and he walked out and takes a photo of me and says this is private property leave. All I was doing was making a phone call. Australia is a free country Dr TAREK SHALABI. Do not come here at all. He is a very rude man and needs to grow up and speak to his customers with respect. What happened to the customers always right? Grow up little man.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns I encountered during my recent visit for a driving medical examination.

Upon arriving, I was charged $90 and provided with two empty forms. I was instructed to undergo an eye check-up and return afterwards. After completing the eye test, I returned with the necessary paperwork. However, when I approached reception to submit my form, I encountered some difficulties.

The doctor, present at the reception, informed me that he was unavailable to see me that day and requested that I return the following day. He also mentioned that I would need to pay an additional $180 for the appointment. I expressed my concern, mentioning that I had already paid $90 without receiving any service. The doctor clarified that the initial fee was merely for the appointment.

Furthermore, the staff indicated that they had attempted to inform me about this 10 minutes prior to my appointment. I found the overall experience to be quite unsatisfactory, particularly regarding the communication and professionalism displayed by Dr. Muhammad Hussain and the reception team.

This clinic is like a big place for disrespecting the clients. Especially Doctor Hussain, he is the most rude person I ever have seen in my life, he doesn’t know anything about respect and humanity. I don’t know who hired him as a doctor because he doesn’t know how to talk and behave. Even a small child is better in behaving well.
I recommend not to visit this doctor and this clinic at all

I have had multiple procedures done by Dr Tarek and recommend his services unreservedly. Yesterday’s visit had both Dr Tarek and his team ensure that I was not in any discomfort during the procedure as well as considering my recovery time so that I look my best when I go back to work!. The results are amazing!!

My name is Mickey and I'm a black domestic short hair. I couldn't get an appointment at CityVet on Loganlea Rd but I came across this lovely practice and even though they were very busy they made time for Dr Tarek to see me and he checked my coat, cleaned my teeth, cleaned my ears and wrote a script for kitty morphine which really came in handy 😹 I can't recommend this place highly enough and I will be recommending it to other cats around the neighbourhood. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.
