The receptionists on the front desk was very racist and rude. I was supposed to pay $35 gap fee for a fellow up appointment instead she asked me to pay $78 as a new patient I even gave my Medicare card number but she just brushed it off and asked me to go talk to Medicare and they will rembased my money back ? but the nurse was supper sweet I like how patient and respectful she is ✌️.is it normal?

The nurse who gave us our flu vaccine was amazing. She was super friendly and caring. However the rating is not reflective of the service we received from the nurse, this rating is for the reception staff - rude and also their payment method. This medical centre does not have a cash option for their customers. Only card option which attracts a transaction fee/card surcharge. I think this is ridiculous of any shop which doesn’t allow cash payment but let alone a medical centre and you could say for hygiene factors; that’s fine. However, to then only be allowed to pay with card as the only other method of payment with a surcharge. That is just NOT FAIR. What if a pensioner or disabled person doesn’t have a credit card or bank card and only want to pay cash? What about PayID as an option without incurring fees? Management should look into their payment option and make a way that you are able to pay without incurring any fees or charges.

Edit—
I was not offered to pay via direct deposit even when I had asked multiple times at the counter is there any other cash payment options? I wasn’t needing a Medicare rebate I was simply trying to pay for my flu vaccination. You should advertise your payment option of direct deposit that does not incur a fee, so that people have this option. You should retrain your receptionist staff so that they can provide this to your customers/patients. I will be checking in with Fair Trade NSW on this matter.

I was here just to accompany my bf. He said they have Italian doctor, so my bf felt so comfortable to talk. Well even the customer service talked Italian with him, but for others they talk English for sure. You have to make appointment so you won't lost time to wait.

Great experience from arrival at reception through to my walk in appointment. Not sure if this was typical for Thursday evening around 5pm but my wait was less than 10 minutes. I was there for a minor ailment but the vibe of the place was friendly, professional and attentive.

Dr Ceci was so lovely and helpful! Such an easy process to get in to see her and she was very reassuring. My new local doctor!

I had telephone appointment booked for 3:15 with Dr Kristina Bojan and when i called the doctors at 3:40 I was told the doctor was running 40 minutes late . I then called the doctor at 4:11 and was told the doctor had called me , I received no missed call or a voicemail. The doctor eventually called us at 5pm which 1hour and 45 minutes after the scheduled time. we will no longer be using their services and do not recommend them for anyone who is actually looking for a serious doctor.

Overall, I had an unpleasant experience with Dr Lee and his receptionists - poor communication and rude. I went to him to obtain a specialist referral. I then went to said specialist and had to file a claim with my insurance company. They provided me with a medical certificate which had a section that needed to be filled out by the referring GP aka Dr Lee. I called to request this. The receptionist refused to ask him about this and said he would have to call me. I didn't completely understand why this was necessary but agreed, asked for an email address, and sent the form over. He called me, I repeated the same request and he agreed to fill out the form. The whole exchange lasted a few minutes.

2 weeks later, I was astonished and appalled to be called out of the blue to inform me that I had been charged and owed the clinic a full consult fee ($76.40) for this. I was also told I had to pay the full fee as they could not process a rebate over the phone. The whole interaction with (Anna?) the receptionist was unpleasant and lacked empathy as to why I was unhappy.

At no point had I been informed by the receptionist I spoke to for the first time that his call, regarding such a simple matter and consisted of no medical advice, and for him to write some lines on a medical certificate form, would cost this amount. The call telling me of these charges came on a Monday, and I informed her I would come in person a few days later on Thursday to discuss the matter (when I had a day off) but Anna proceeded to call me every day to chase up on getting me to pay.

On Thursday, I came in person and was then told by Anna that when I first called, I had booked a teleconsult with Dr Lee. This was patently untrue - it was a phone call initiated by the receptionist for him to call me (also only lasting a few minutes) and completely moot given he simply had to fill in some lines on a form that was emailed to him. She kept incessantly insisting that is a full consult and that everything went as how it should have. After pushing my case, the gap fee was waived, but it was a very negative experience having to argue that a brief phone conservation (initiated by the practice) about simply completing a medical certificate for insurance purposes and filling out several lines is not equivalent to a full consultation.

What I’ve learnt now is that for referral to a specialist at this practice, I need to be prepared to pay for two consultations! If the clinic charges a full consult fee for a total of 16 words and some numbers to be written on an insurance form and a brief phone call, then this needs to be COMMUNICATED. This is the poorest experience I’ve ever had at a GP. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I have been able to see the dr of my choice, and in a timely manner, each time I've booked here.
I've found the doctors, nurses and receptionists excellent and very accommodating.
Really first class in my experience.
Their app is a great tool too.
