The staff and doctors at My Health Kurrajong always display a high level of personal care. I and a regular visitor and always feel that I am valued and well cared for. I often use the phone appointment call consultation as am a shift worker which is helpful for me to arrange appointments when not well enough to physically attend the clinic. I also ring reception for information and always am attended to efficiently and in a friendly manner. Cheerful atmosphere in the newly renovated establishment with several doctors looking after our community with healthcare from the lovely men and women doctors, nurses and really a one stop shop with blood tests and other types of tests and services available at this practice. Thank you all for looking after me the last 12 months after my doctor of 45 years had retired. The transition could have been very hard, but this practice has really looked after my personal needs and into the future. Personal thanks to Dr Simira who is my No1 GP. Xxx

Absolutely love this practice. The receptionists are so wonderful and understanding. I have 2 kids aged 3 and under, so there's many times I call first thing in the morning to organise an in person appointment or telehealth, and they're always helpful. Dr Samira is fantastic. I originally came here for my kids and now she's also my doctor aswell. I also love that my Medicare bulk bill refund comes back instantly when my appointment is completed, and that I can have a blood test in the same building. Both of my kids are bulk billed each visit, which makes life easier.

Moved a few years ago so this is the closest practice to me. Reception staff are always rude and condescending since the first time that I visited. Doctors are generally nice and competent however they have an appointment system that is constantly running a minimum of 30mins behind. ClinicalLabs Pathology staff are always rude and lazy.

Waited over an hour to see the nurse for an ecg scan. Nurse had a new mother in there giving her advice the whole time. Dr noticed we were still there and had to go into the nurses room and remind her that she had someone waiting. Took us a total of 2 hours. Way too long to spend in the medical centre.

Absolutely love Dr Nazari and the front desk staff are lovely. Waiting room is comfy and great to have TV. I try to get the first appointment so as doctor is not running late as I hate the 15-30 minute wait, but couldn’t get it this time. Know it is hard to predict timing.

I have been going here for years before it was under the Myhealth title, and my grandfather had been happily going to them long before he passed.

The staff are always friendly and kind, and know their stuff!! They are always busy, but that doesn't hinder their bubbly and smiley demeanor.

The Doctors are wonderful, professional, friendly and discreet, and go above and beyond to help you, or figure out what the next step of treatment should be.

There may be a bit of a waiting time to see the doctor, but it is only because the practice is so popular and the doctors so determined to help, that it's worth the wait.

This medical center is very nice. Receptionists are lovely and it's very nice to see that. Very friendly and helpful. Lots of services, we travel from St Clair to kurrajong to see our GP. And I feel very at ease with the care we get there, and our GP beautiful kind Doctor.

Still attending this medical centre, love it there, don't see myself going anywhere else. Really is different in the waiting area to other medical centres. And honestly I've seen some ghastly receptionists in my time, but everyone who works there really all are very very lovely. ✌️
