The pathologist in this centre is so slow. We waited for an hour just to have the blood test, we arrived when number 5 is inside the room already, and we have the number 9 and that took an hour just to reach us. Unbelievable. Definitely not coming back here again.

I have been a patient at MyHealth Hurstville since it opened and they have to be the best medical centre in the St George area. Every GP I’ve seen has been thorough, understanding and professional. The GPs and nurse who does vaccinations have all been so amazing with my son since he was born as well. One of the GPs was actually so astute that she was the key person in diagnosing my mothers cancer so early on that she was able to be treated and is now cancer free within 6 months of talking to the GP about her symptoms.

Reading some of the poorly worded negative reviews, has confirmed that people in general are unreasonable and willing to whinge and complain about anything and everything.

I found Dr Win’s bedside mannerisms, gentle, empathetic, and understanding. These attributes enabled Dr Win to appropriate a management plan suitable to my individual needs.

The Admin staff are always friendly and helpful.

The Practice is clean, tidy and situated in an accessible part of Westfield.

I’m extremely disappointed with the management at your office. I called on September 28th at 12:51 pm, spoke to a male receptionist, selected a time slot, and confirmed my appointment for Monday at 11:30 am. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no record of my booking. This is unacceptable. I had fasted for the test, only to be asked to walk in without any certainty of when we would be seen. If I could, I would give zero stars for such poor service, but the lowest I can give is 1.
