i have been seeing Dr Aleena Ali-Ramdath regularly for months and she is amazing! and phlebotomist Munali is awesome as well!! so kind, caring and professional, i have always felt reassured at this practice which i am so grateful for as i have just started living independently and doctors appointments have always been a source of anxiety for me, but everyone there makes it so easy to get the support i need! 🙂

Really bad experience on 03/10/2024 at Chermside clinic, especially from the doctor Henry as it felt like the only aim is to make money as he was not interested in providing any solutions or suggestion even asking many times.

The reception staff not ao helpful and wasn’t a pleasant experience afterall.

Just had blood tests today at 4Cyte within this practice with Monali as my nurse. She was very polite and checked everything she did. Very good experience with Monali today.

It's very convenient for me to drop by after work if I have an appointment. The staff (receptionists) are very friendly, easy to talk with and helpful. The doctors are amazing, especially my doctor, Dr. Kate. She treats me like a friend, makes your experience comfortable.

Dr Katie is very kind and practical. I’ve never felt unheard in her practice and have always been well looked after by the other doctors and nurses there. Their front desk staff are always helpful, efficient and professional. I really couldn’t recommend this practice enough. I have always received the appropriate care immediately, my concerns are always addressed and I never felt pressured to go into a certain treatment or talked down to in anyway. I always leave knowing that everything I walked in to deal with has been sorted out and that we have a plan that makes me comfortable and addresses my health. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I've always had a good experience at this clinic and with Dr Ip. However, an incident that happened today was really disappointing. I was given a call by a nurse at the practice to come in today (26 April 24) to have a Holter monitor attached. She told me over the phone that she would book me in.

When I showed up today, I was told that I have not in fact been booked in. I did not mind the wasted trip but I now have had to make another appointment and have to take time off work to do this. This has now affected my own patients. I would like to know that name of the nurse who so irresponsibly stuffed this up.

It is always a great experience with my health Chermside. Dr Ip is such a great doctor. It's hard to find doctors who still use their knowledge and care. some Clinics its just about the amount of patients they see to reach a certain quota. I believe this clinic is not like this at all. The loveliest receptionist , the one that stands out to me the most Amanda. Such a lovely lady, firm but caring. Thank you my health Chermside for everything and I will continue to bring my family and refer you guys as well.

DR Katie Sullivan is amazing. Always happy to help, sits and actually listens to you and doesn't just want to quickly shove you out the door. She is so warm and kind to my children she is the only doctor my daughter (4) trusts and happy to see. Clinic is clean and receptionist always welcoming happy to squeeze me in if ever an emergency. We have moved away from the area but still happy to travel for the good service.
