Dr. Robert Huang, he showed very rude and unprofessional attitude during my last visit. I could not book the Dr. I previously seen. So, went to him. He did not consider my recent issue, instead he focused on my previous history and did not even show any interst on the recent problems. He did not even try to show compassionate behaviour, seemed like it was hurting to listen to my health problem! He kind of refused to give any useful treatment or advice. Did not ask any details just because I have history of seeing another Dr. there. He was more interested in providing referral only!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Robert Huang, and I left feeling extremely disappointed and disrespected. Throughout the consultation, Dr. Huang repeatedly rolled his eyes whenever I asked questions, which made me very uncomfortable. When I mentioned a strange noise coming from my mouth, he dismissed it, claiming it was just me breathing—even though I was holding my breath at the time. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my breathing, but he rolled his eyes again and said, "Mhm, okay, then you should go to a specialist."

As someone from overseas with a strong accent, I couldn’t help but feel that my background may have influenced the way Dr. Huang treated me. His impatience and lack of professionalism were obvious throughout the appointment, and I noticed how frequently he looked at what I was wearing, which only added to my discomfort.

Normally, I see Dr. Glory Jeon, who has always been attentive and respectful. Unfortunately, Dr. Jeon was fully booked for this urgent visit, and Dr. Huang was the only one available. Now I understand why an appointment with him was so easily accessible on such short notice.

The customer service was also rude, which surprised me, as the previous staff were always very kind and helpful.

I won’t be returning.

Dr Christine Wang is a very nice, professional, caring doctor. She is knowledgeable and reliable, also with genuine kind heart. My experience in the Myhealth had been a pleasant one thanks to her. She is definitely a great doctor I would recommend.

Went in today as per my appointment that I booked the day before by phone and the very dismissive receptionist told me that the doctor called in sick and she proceeded to say “didn’t you get the text?” condescendingly. Girl EXCUSE YOU? Would I still be standing here in front of you had I received it at all? That alone was strike one but I still tried to keep it friendly. We later discovered that my appointment was NEVER booked in the first place as she couldn’t find me in the database.

Told her I did book by phone the day before and SOMEONE who picked it up must’ve worked there because they set me up for a 12.20pm appt with dr. Glory because who was I talking to yesterday then? Make it make sense. And instead of rectifying the situation, she just looked at me like I had three heads. No empathy, nevermind an apology.

If you hate your job so much, then take it out elsewhere. If you can’t do your job well then try to do better. People have schedules and lives and it’s frustrating when a well mannered/intended patient visits and try to respect your job only to then be treated disrespectfully this way. What an absolute waste of time.

Honestly idk who this myhealth even caters to because of the overwhelming negative reviews are so evidently true. Some people had complained about the receptionists so this must have been an old issue and they never bothered to improve it.

Don’t even bother with this place, find a better branch.

I called twice to ask if was possible do a spirometry thr first time the doctor called sick I got informed just an hour before the second time I reschedule the appointment and pay the visit to find out that the center doesn't do spirometry anymore. I wasted time money and hours of work. If you need to urgent do a visit go somewhere else

The doctors here don't check or ask about your condition, they just say you're okay. Being a doctor here is very easy, just sitting in the office every day waiting for the money to come in. They don't care about your condition at all, they think you're okay then you're okay

5 Stars for doctor Angela Zhou! She is the most responsible and caring doctor I have seen in Sydney! She is always very kind and patient when I visit, and provides me the best treatment. Thank you Dr Angela!
