I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Elliott Fang at My Health Medical Centre in Castle Hill and Northmead. He is an outstanding doctor who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Fang’s caring nature is evident in every interaction, and he takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful, thorough care. His extensive knowledge and expertise are clear, making me feel confident and well-supported during each visit. Doctor was nice. However my appointment started 45min late. I stayed within the 15min short session time frame but was charged a long session price. I was not informed prior, or during that prices will change if mental health was mentioned. As someone who has to pay full price with no coverage, I would have appreciated a heads up.

Very convenient place for medical center, easy parking, great receptionists and most of all Dr Victor and Dr Annie Gong are very kind and caring doctors for me and my family . Looking after us all through the years and can’t thank enough to them and my health castle towers team.

Second appointment for the morning with the doctor and had to wait 45 minutes. Nice experience with Dr Annie Gong but 15 minute appointments aren't enough. I always feel rushed.

I did a swab test with Dr Maria on 5th June 2024 and she told me to call back in two days to make an appointment with any doctor to discuss the result and it will be bulk billing. I called back in two days and double checked with the receptionist that discussing the test result is bulk billing and the receptionist confirmed it , so I made the phone appointment with Dr Meliza Weber. The phone consultation lasted few minutes and all we discussed was the test result. Few days after the appointment I got a tax invoice and there is $20 gap, So I called Receptionist and ask for the reason, and she was very rude and just said she does not know and it is up to the doctor to decide. And she said the doctor will contact me. two days later, I got no contact from the doctor but another text message asking me to pay for the tax invoice. What a ridiculous service!

Dr fariya kabir was very rude and abrupt.. her behaviour was very poor and she acted as she was giving a huge favour to attend to someone, when asked to recommend a specialist, suggested to do your own research and tell her the name to put on the paper..
