Both I myself and my daughter see Dr Sanna. She is genuine and caring. I’ve seen other doctors at the practice and they’ve all been knowledgeable. I also appreciate the practice remained bulk bill for as long as they did and still do so for kids - we know how often they need to see a doctor!

My experience with the reception staff here has been nothing short of awful. They are incredibly cold, unhelpful, and show no empathy towards patients. From the moment you walk in, you're met with unfriendly faces and a dismissive attitude. It's as if they're doing you a favor by simply acknowledging your presence.

On multiple occasions, I've tried to reach out to them for assistance or to reschedule appointments, only to be met with rude responses and a complete lack of understanding. They seem to have no interest in actually helping patients or accommodating their needs. It's extremely frustrating to deal with such unprofessional behavior.

I had an appointment with Dr. Tong Wan at 9:45, but I waited until nearly ten o'clock. When it was my turn, we communicated for no more than five minutes. She asked what area I wanted to see. I told her I need some help on mental health and pulled out my previous records from other countries and she started refer doctors based on my old records. She didn't even listen carefully to my recent changes in my situation, I asked her what I needed to do if I still wanted to reduce my stress or any other issues and she just told me to ask a psychologist if I had any questions.

I forgot my appointment and I asked if I could rush there. The receptionist said I have ten minutes or we will have to reschedule. I live 9.5 minutes away. Lucky I made it. Doctor Tim Rose has been my physician for years. He is the best.
