This is my first time writing a review in regard to My Health Brigadoon Revesby. All the reception staff are competent and very helpful at anytime I call or in person. Making my life less stressful. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Quick to resolve any issues. Dr Joseph Lombardo is by far an excellent Doctor, who genuinely is knowledgeable about everything medically necessary related. There has been times where I've had to see or talk to one of the other wonderful Doctor's there. I've not been disappointed. All the staff of Brigadoon Revesby, reception and Doctors are fantastic at what they do. Dr Sayyal thank you also for your compassionate advice. Thank you to all the staff. I appreciate all your help throughout these years.

I booked an 11am appointment, understanding that the practice might be busy. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked the receptionist about the delay, and she assured me that I would be seen next. However, the doctor called in someone who arrived after me. I asked another receptionist (blonde with black glasses) about the situation, and her response was dismissive. I explained that it’s disrespectful not to keep patients informed about wait times, especially when we follow the rules and arrive on time for our appointments. Her response was rude, and I overheard her making unprofessional comments about patients during phone calls. It’s clear that empathy and customer service skills are lacking, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. While I can’t speak to the quality of the doctors since I never saw one after an hour of waiting, the front desk experience was enough for me to decide to avoid this practice.

Seen within just a few minutes of my appointment that I made earlier same day. Doctor was attentive knowlegible and caring. Receptionist was also kind and proffesional. I sincerely hope I cam continue to have such positive experience so I can make this centre my go to for all my health needs. Hope they also follow up on treatment plan and reach out to patience to ensure the plan is followed. That would be a nice change from all other centres and would surely make them stand out.

I would not even give this clinic a single star if I could. My recent experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, an older blonde woman, was both rude and unprofessional. Despite having completed all necessary paperwork online, I was forced to fill out the same forms again. When I pointed this out, she dismissively stated that this was the clinic’s policy, displaying a condescending attitude.

Additionally, I witnessed the other receptionist yelling on the phone with another patient, which was highly unprofessional and distressing. While I understand that dealing with difficult situations can be challenging, as a front-line customer service representative, she should have handled the call more discreetly to maintain a respectful and calm environment for everyone in the clinic.

To make matters worse, I was informed that there was no manager present due to maternity leave, and the assistant would only be available the next day. This lack of oversight seemed to contribute to the overall poor service. My appointment, scheduled for 11 AM, was still pending nearly an hour later, with no updates or consideration for my time or that of my 2-year-old child.

The decline in health services in Australia is becoming increasingly frustrating, and this clinic exemplifies many of the issues. I hope the management addresses these problems urgently to improve their service.

We go to this medical centre for everything we need for our family health. Receiption are always very friendly and make things easier for us. Doctors and nurses are very responsive and giving right recommendations. Highly recommended this medical centre to everyone around Revesby.

We went on saturday, as our usual GP is closed. My daughter was in so much pain and the kind receptionist (sorry we didn’t ask for her name) let us borrow a wheelchair, we were so thankful. The wheelchair was such a big help, as we had to go to the hospital emergency ward. Thank you so much

The new QR code check-in feature is a nice improvement and today I did not have a long wait and staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Premises are always well kept and clean and like the doctors and I find the one I see regularly very knowledgeable. Keep it up!
