Without doubt the best clinic I’ve been too. I see Dr Toppin and he is such a thorough Dr. and very knowledgeable. The reception staff are also wonderful, kind and you can tell they love their job. There is really nothing negative I can say. I just feel really grateful I was recommended to them. Also I should not that the clinic itself is really lovely.

Dr Mark Toppin is the best doctor. Easy to talk to, friendly, empathetic, understanding, thorough and patient. He is my go-to doctor. Brilliant service by a great medical centre team. The facilities are modern and clean, they are always reasonably punctual. Great clinic and a great doctor.

Reading some of the other reviews here which are low in star ratings confuses me. I have been a patient of Doctor Ian Tse and Doctor Mark Toppin for many years now. In the past, prior to consulting with Dr Toppin/ Ian, I did not have a 'regular doctor'.
Their expertise, compassion, and dedication to their profession and for the well-being of their patients is not only absolutely altruistic, it was completely evident from the very first consultation that I had with them.
I am confused by some of the reviews here complaining about the receptionists in the practice. They are super polite, hardworking (I know that it gets crazy busy at the practice), and caring. They always remember my name which might be because I visit, unfortunately, quite often.
I doubt that I am an ideal patient. Probably far from it in my opinion. But regardless, Dr. Mark and Dr. Ian has always patiently listened to my issues and subsequently give authentic and sound consultation/ advice.
Ultimately, I don't know where I would be presently if I did not have the fortune to meet these Doctors.
This particular, MyHealth always consistently provided brilliant service.
I 100% endorse and recommend Dr. Ian Tse, Dr. Mark Toppin, and this practice as a whole!

I contacted the clinic by phone and was surprised to be treated by an extremely rude receptionist. Her lack of courtesy and sarcasm were disconcerting. Instead of receiving assistance, I felt disrespected and ignored. It’s unacceptable that a place that aims to care for people has such an unprofessional team. I recommend that they reevaluate the training of their staff, as service like this drives patients away.

Will never forget the kindness & polite treatment of the reception/staff at Barangaroo. Also Dr Rocky Dayan who was my treating GP, such an awesome support & solutionist. This is a GP that knows his patients very well. Always aware of what we are & aren't doing, eg: if we aren't taking certain medications he already knows. Very good at diagnosing conditions.
