Every time we book in advance, we still end up waiting 1–2 hours. If this clinic weren’t so convenient, we’d go elsewhere. The wait is always long and stressful, and there seem to be fewer and fewer doctors available. We booked for 10am and didn’t get seen until nearly 12—this is really unacceptable. Pre-booked appointments don’t matter at this place.

Dr Gana was my treatment Dr who took me on while in Sydney. She is very everything, I could not have prayed for a more efficient Dr. in all areas with my Complex Treatments needed. The overall staff were at all times polite, carried out all of my needs and the establishment is always of high standard, clean and tidy. Highly recommend this practice. Especially that I used the pathologist and physiotherapist while on site as they’re all together, so easy. Plus you have a dentist right there too. Highly Recommend

Although these doctors are really good like Dr Porshee Han, Dr Ghana but waiting time is too long ended up waiting one hour in every appointment I think this should be managed Asap

I booked an appointment two days in advance and made time in my schedule specifically for it. When I arrived, I was told the doctor wasn’t there. I received no call, no message absolutely no communication. The staff claimed they had contacted me, but I got nothing. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. It’s unacceptable for a clinic to be this disorganised. I really hope this issue is taken seriously and steps are taken to improve communication and respect patients’ time.

I've been having my blood test done by Marwah or Marz as she is fondly called. Not only is she friendly and always accomodating but she is such an expert as well. She's the only one that I trust who can take my blood in one go and without pain. I've been to several where I ended up with bruises and there are some who couldn't even get anything after multiple attempts. Hence after I discovered Marz, I never go anywhere else. A big thanks to you Marz!

Wasn't expecting the pathology service to take 100 million years. Had to leave because I already was on overfast. Promptness apparently don't exist in this establishment. The front desk personnel didn't even reassure me or offered to check. She just sat there with her apparently timid facial expression. I guess Dr. Arlene Gana is the only one good about this place.
