Five stars for Dr Jayani Fernando. She is by far the warmest, caring and supportive GP I have met. With chronic illnesses I have met many GP's, however Dr Jayani goes well above any other care I have received. She is very thorough, understanding, approachable about everything, listens and does not make you feel like you are "taking up her time". She is a beautiful person.
There are other GP's at this clinic however, I am not prepared to give feedback at this time.
Dr Jayani is the reason I continue to visit this clinic.

Receptionists are always pleasant and able to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My particular doctor (Dr Fernando) is perfect. She always has time to listen and you come away knowing that she’s understood you. Other doctors are also kind that I’ve seen but she’s my favourite.

My clinic has been my go to clinic since it opened in Bacchus Marsh.

All staff are friendly and professional.

We attended recently for my grandsons 4 year old vaccinations and flu injection. Holly was amazing, as always. So grateful for her caring work ethic.

Great team of doctors and nurses. The receptionists/admin team are beyond wonderful. One of the more busier clinics so yes you will and do wait, please be patient and kind to staff.

MyClinic Bacchus Marsh has been my go-to for the last 4yrs, the reception staff are wonderful!
My family and I have seen a few Dr's at this clinic and we're seldom disappointed.

I take my elderly father here, he sees Dr Humaith Mohammed - he's always understanding of dad's needs and is a really caring Dr with a lot of patience.

My husband also sees Dr Youssef which has been great for men's health!

The clinic offers an online booking system and the Drs offer telehealth -which has been awesome for when we can't make it into the clinic;
Don't expect to receive a call on-time however, as they do get super busy - my suggestion is to book the latest appointment available if you're going for telehealth.

For the women out there, they also offer take home pap smear tests, which is really helpful, just be brave and ask for it! They'll give you a take home kit, plus instructions.

Always happy, reception staff. Jade, Olivia and Kelsey are always friendly and helpful, practice nurse Hollie is the best. Always get an appointment with a Dr. may not always be your regular Dr.but sometimes waiting is not an option

The receptionists and nurses are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, polite and a pleasure to speak to. The doctors are excellent and punctual, rarely have I been kept waiting. Fantastic clinic.
