The treatment provided MyCare was fine enough. There are other physios around the same area for the same price that offer a more comforting service.

I would have rated MyCare as 4-star, except once my injury had recovered the physio was awkwardly pushy about telling me to reschedule for regular follow-up appointments. When I told the physio that the injury had completely gone away, he kept pushing at least twice more telling me to schedule another appointment.

The physio also ran late for each of my appointments. It was only by around 10-15 minutes each time, so nothing terrible.

Gyejin helped me out with my shoulder injury (minor ligament tear), and I’m really happy with the results! The exercise program she gave me was easy to follow, and by the end, I could really feel the difference in my shoulder strength.
