Was with this service for roughly a year. Had a worker who didn't have revelent checks as she was rejected for her NDIS clearance who is also now disclosing personal info she gained from her employment to others put me and my kids at risk. My kids are not the only clients she breached confidentiality with she used to tell me all about other clients and some very personal info at that. Such as the disability the addiction issues he faced ECT ECT i have made a report about this to the revelent people needed as of today. The company tried to sweep in under the carpet and kept this worker working with kids and adults despite no working with children's check or NDIS clearance. I have reached out to have this matter resolved but the company has no interest in resolving it

My village carers have gone above and beyond for my family both in ndis and aged care, the staff in the office are so lovely and easy to deal with when ever I call or go In . Can not rate this business high enough as they are amazing.
