I’ve been coming to My Radiology off and on for about 10years for numerous scans and the treatments that match those scans.
The wonderful ladies on reception are always very friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable. How they manage that feat with the amount of varied patients that come in daily and then also fielding phone calls, also done very patiently.
Next port of call the amazing technicians and Drs and everyone behind those doors that are having to perform all these scans, injections, reports and anyone I have missed.
Sometimes I wonder if I’m crazy because I know I smile from the front desk onwards even if I’m having cortisone in my hip or cortisone in my nerve root in my back or just having scans to see how many bits my bones are in or if my hips are both ready for surgery or just 1. You can tell I don’t get out much and I find My Radiology Bibra Lake one of the BEST radiologists I’ve been to and trust me there had been a few. Even told my bestie about them after she was having trouble at another place, and she said she’s not going anywhere else now.

This radiology is very well organised and they look after the people very well. Parking is bit of pain as they are very limited. Overall, had very good experience.

The radio-graphic imagery staff here REALLY need to take radiation protection more seriously. I'm sick to death of walking into places like this and getting blasted with radiation and them not giving two damns when they are standing behind a protective screen!

Give the patients the proper protection (which you have when asked, but you shouldn't HAVE to ask) and even worse, when you ask as a patient, you are belittled for it.

As a doctor myself, I am appalled by the staffs attitude for a patient asking to be protected whilst getting imaging done from a harmful substance like radiation.

Management needs to take this seriously as it has now happened multiple times.

They take four business days to send the result of an x-ray that was done on my leg on Thursday, but I am still waiting for the results even the following week, Tuesday. When I called, I waited for 30 minutes on the phone and transferred to a call center in Melbourne, and they couldn't help with letting me know when I got the results. Generally, you would expect x-ray result in the next day this is very poor practice.
