I've been going to this particular practice for years without any issues. Lovely place. I've noticed over the past two years there's been a decline in quality in most areas of the practice. From gossiping front desk attendant's to not answering their phones upon multiple attempts. It's such a shame I felt so safe at this establishment, I thought I'd finally found somewhere I could go regularly.
Maybe it's time to move onto another clinic.

The best clinic I have visited in Canberra. The receptionist Elouise, is so attentive and compassionate, making sure everyone walking in is well taken care of. And special thanks to Dr.Hayat, who listened so carefully and patiently to my concerns and managed to help me get relief from the continuous back pain. I can’t believe that this quality service is from a bulk billed clinic and I do hope there’s more clinic like this in Canberra!

Has to be the best Medical Practice I’ve ever attended. Reception staff are friendly and the Doctor was even more so and on time.

Do not use Dr Anthony Zahra-Newman. Went to him for a skin cancer which had appeared on my foot. He removed it and sent for testing. Found out it was melanoma. He did another procedure, which was not healing. When I asked him why, I was told it was because I was fat, then asked how much money we had, as he could prescribe me medicine to loose weight. Healing took over 3 months. Went for a skin check and was told he'd not followed best practice and I'd have to go and get more cut away. I went to 2 specialist and ended up in surgery with overnight hospital stay and my foot was immobilised for over a week.
During the procedures he performed, Anthony bitched about the surgery space, how the nurse worked and using disposable equipment. He berated the nurse in front of me for how things were stored, and had a lengthy discussion regarding he's grievances with a superior. Took a lot of effort to show me how things should be done with his own office storage, but supplied minimal after care.
The specialist that performed my surgery advised me not to return to this dr. I suggest you think twice before using me also.

I saw DR. Sandhya Deepak. I had booked a long appointment as I had concerns that I needed to address. She was running behind which is fine as things can happen but as soon as I entered the room she started with I am running behind we need to do this quickly I started telling her my concerns her focus is getting me out of there quickly not listening no duty of care and the printer got stuck she calls another doctor to help her and is discussing my issue with him. There was a reason I booked for a female doctor. I was out of the room before time with my concerns not even addressed. Highly unprofessional and uncaring attitude

I went there for the first time without an appointment. I didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor, who by the way was terrific (Dr Hayat). The receptionist was also A1. All in all, top class.

I booked with the practice nurse just to get a COVID booster. She was not at work (sick), I was offered an appointment with a doctor (bulked bill) if I was prepared to wait. I did this. the wait was minimal. I was advised to also get a flu shot. This I did. I was greatly impressed with the professionalism of the practice.

It is a great practice, all the staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable. And Dr Peyman is excellent
