I can’t be more happier with the product and service from My Little Friends. I was so worried about my car seat with my first born daughter as she was so tiny and had no idea if we installed our seat properly and through many melt downs I then contacted My Little Friends and they did everything to make me feel better. They had lots of knowledge about car seats and capsules and really just wanted me and my baby to be as safe as possible in the car. Thank you again for your service !

Honestly couldn't be happier with the service done by Cascie. Not only did she install 2 car seats for me, she shared her abundance of knowledge so I was informed on how to correctly secure my children in their seats. Wow, what amazing customer service from Cascie at My Little Friends. She was a delight, educating me as she was installing my 3 car seats - I have triplets. The last installer was nothing compared to her! She is super efficient, clearly knows her stuff, is passionate about keeping our lil ones safe and is an all round lovely human being. The safety of my kids is incredibly important and I feel a sense of relief being able to get in the car knowing the girls seats have been installed by a professional. Highly recommend. I won't be using anyone but MLF in the future.

I can't thank Cascie enough! We needed to change our seats from rear to front facing in both cars and she was so incredibly accommodating to fit us in with our schedules. She took the time to run my husband and I through a refresher on how to ensure the best fit for our daughter with her belt, as well as why things were set up in a certain way with our particular seat. She also gave us a wonderful recommendation on the next seat to purchase for when the time comes. Thank you Cascie, we will see you again when it's time for the new seats!

Cascie is amazing! From the very first phone call I had with her regarding installation of our car seat in our new car. She was so easy to deal with, communication was great and she was extremely flexible when our dates kept changing on delivery of our new car. Cascie meet us at the dealership, removed the seat from our old car, placed it in our new car and even adjusted it to our daughters size ( she was with us after we were advised if she could come as well then we can get the perfect positions and fit for her). My litter friends also have amazing dog seat belts as well.
We are extremely happy with our experience and would 100% use again and recommend Cascie.
