Glenn was recommended by my GP to treat a metabolic condition and prevent it worsening.
He designed a treatment program including an exercise component to boost my fitness.This had a huge impact on my well-being as my illness is now in remission, I’m also fitter and much healthier.

Every session i learn something new as he is very knowledgable in treating injuries and always answers any questions i have. He helped me get back on track with my training and a rapid recovery.
