Absolutely wonderful service ! Julian is a great diabetic educating podiatrist advised my diabetic father of multiple things he needs to be aware of and how to better take care of his feet, he was able to trim his toenails and they have never felt better! They are booked out a couple months in advance but cannot fault the service at all, the reception staff are adequately wonderful, very helpful and always have a smile on their face and great attitude! Highly recommend.

Ross River Rd My FootDr is not officially open on a Saturday although the website says otherwise. After a phone call to Willows Sondra kindly came in. She was gracious and helpful. The door was open and desk unattended. Oops!

When I inquired about the cost of an initial appointment I was quoted $88. Upon paying for my appointment I was told it totalled $208 ($50 of which was a product I had purchased which was fine) because I had had a biomechanics assessment as well (I walked on a treadmill for 2 minutes if that). I would have liked to have known about the cost of walking on the treadmill prior. Plus, I would have thought being a podiatry clinic that assessing my walking would have been part of an initial appointment anyway. Extremely disappointed and annoyed that I am this much out of pocket. You should be far more upfront with your costing. Had I been aware how much this was going to be, I would have chosen to go elsewhere. I do hope you consider refunding me the $70 biomechanics assessment fee, because to be quite honest, it's a joke.
