I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have Dr. ARASH as my physician. From the very first appointment, it was clear that he treats his patients like family. He listens attentively to my concerns and addresses my problems as if they were his own. His compassionate approach and dedication to my health have made a significant difference in my life. I truly feel cared for and supported every step of the way.He is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever met! Even if i move state, still he will be my physician. I've had nothing but great experiences with the doctors here. Dr. Arash is an extremely caring and empathetic person and Dr David is professional and reassuring. One of the worst receptionist who work to assist people. In an emergency need and it was a Sunday , most practice were closed , just to speak to doctor and understand an urgency and the doctor could do 5 minutes phone talk . The worst part she don’t understand my medical condition and started giving me advices as though she is a doctor and she knows everything. Dr Arash, today your staff has disappointed me as well as your service ! I visited you for few times in 2022.
You guys need to train staff and see how to help people not pushing them away to hospitals just because you guys are busy making money . If I get my medical condition worst, I will blame you guys and the receptionist who refuse to help and understand the condition advise me to got the hospital for a medical prescription I wanted from Dr Arash . You guys know how long the public hospital services take to check on a patient and how busy that they get . It was something a general practice can do. She was ridiculously rude and unprofessional . She need to be educated.

I have been seeing the GP's here, who are absolutely fantastic in their service. Dr Arash has been incredibly kind and understanding and genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. They are also open after hours, which makes it more accessible. The one thing that let's this place down is the reception and administration - sometimes it's great, but other days there is no one there to call or even see in person to book/get results/receive results from specialists you have been referred to. If they could get this side of things managed better, it'd be a 10/10.

Have been coming to this clinic for a couple of years now and couldn’t recommend it enough. Dr Arash is an incredible doctor, who shows true genuine care towards his patients. So grateful for everything he has done for myself and my family. Reception staff are so friendly and always do their best to accommodate last minute bookings. So happy to have found this clinic.

So the doctors are amazing. Beyond amazing. Incredibly kind and caring loving and thoughtful. As a female seeing male doctors I’ve never been so happy. Will always investigate and take everything to the next level. Unfortunately the receptionist staff not so much. I had to cancel three hours before my appointment due to work reasons. Trust me I did not want to cancel I need this appointment. But they made me feel bad for the fact that I had to cancel. Which is a shame because it was for genuine reasons.
