Great service and professionalism from the Reception team! I was warmly welcomed and did not have to wait to see the doctor. There were lots of other patients ahead of me in line but they were able to seat everyone in a very timely manner. Dr Malik addressed all of my concerns with a high level of understanding and care. Highly recommend the practice if you are looking for a new medical centre!!

I've had a terrifying experience Regarding Improper Vaccine Handling,
I had been given the prescription and told to go next door to the pharmacy and come back to administer said vaccine. Which I did,
following that I was waiting for the vaccine to be primed and administered where in this whole ordeal I hadn't been screened once for any recent prior vaccinations!!!
It was ME mentioning that I had received a different vaccine only the other day after the other vaccine was already primed and ready to administer.

The nurse stopped and consulted the prescribing doctor who then apologized to me for not screening me earlier, I then witnessed the prescribing doctor tell the nurse multiple times to keep the already primed vaccine in the fridge until they could administer it later in time (2 weeks specifically) despite the nurse being very hesitant to do so and debated the point with the doctor yet still agreed in the end.

I then became concerned with the needle already being primed and then stored for 2weeks. I found out you cannot store a vaccine that's been primed (even if the cap is on) for longer than 6hrs if kept refrigerated. So NO you cannot leave a PRIMED VACCINE in storage for 2 weeks. That's against every national guideline and is a serious health violation.

I re entered the medical centre when I realised this was a big problem.
The prescribing doctor from earlier lied to my face and told me the vaccine was fine to be stored for that long because it was still "capped" he is very wrong... And he told me that even though it was his fault for not screening me to check if I had other vaccinations recently I was told I could pay out of pocket for a new dose of the same vaccine when I come back in 2 weeks.

I have had to contact the Australian Health practitioner regulation agency for the seriousness of this situation.

do not go here if you care for your health as this is extremely serious... Administering a vaccine without screening could've been very bad and I could've had a serious reaction,
furthermore the doctor insisted that the primed needle could still be stored and administered in 2 weeks time. Which could also very likely lose its effectiveness and sterility, both EXTREMELY dangerous.

Please please please do your due diligence and forget about going here if you're just going out of convenience as it could end up that your doctor forgets to screen you and ends up threatening your life

This is unacceptable on every level, this was not just a doctor but an entire system issue. How could they prescribe me a vaccine without screening me in the first place

My first visit went really well. The staff at the reception was very helpful, didn’t have to wait for my appointment, was just on time. Dr. Padma was very friendly and approachable. She has listened everything I needed to raise and shared treatment/suggestions throughly. Highly recommend her 🙂

The good:
Receptionists are friendly.
Longest I've had to wait to be called in by my dr is about 10 min
The bad:
The Dr I see is a clock watching prescription peddler who keeps count of how many issues I raise. Each of the 3 times I've seen him he's admonished me for not booking a longer appt. He was genuinely annoyed that I asked about more than 1 medical issue which meant he had to write up two scripts and a pathology referral.
Asked me questions with the intention of working out what meds to prescribe as opposed to identifying a cause or recommending treatment.
Walked out feeling unheard and unwelcome. I wont go back. I'd rather drive 40min to see my old GP who is the total opp to the drug peddlers at this clinic whose #1 priority is quantity not quality

I don't know why the reception staff everywhere is always in a hurry. You should go to other countries and see how they manage multiple people at the same time with utmost patience and dignity. You have one job, that is to talk to people patiently and not hurry. Please do that properly.

What the point of making an appointment if you have to sit there and wait for 40 min. They dont even do bulk billing, why pay for such a terrible experience.

Some Dr's at this practice are good, most don't listen to you and can barely speak English. They even recorded my daughter's name incorrectly. If you have another option avoid at all costs!
