We are not well. We not expect treat like a super important, but at least talk nicely. Not about what you say but this is about how you say. When talk about fee just change intonation . We are struggling, we are not drugg addict we just want to be normal and back can work like other people. I believe there’s training before you start working there. Yes, sometimes some people ride, but they don’t wanna do that. At least some of the stat still professional. Thanks Amulya. Thanks for answering my call today miss ( 7.01.25 )

Not recommended at all, expensive and very rude receptionist/admin, they do not want to help always saying there is not much admin could do when they could pass a request to someone superior. I had to call and email so many times for a letter that was pending from the paediatrician which I never got it. At one point I was told by reception/admin that my situation was none of their business.

Dr failed to turn up to online appointment . After waiting 30 mins we called the centre and was told there was an emergency, but when we asked what sort we were told that they could not get hold the doctor so they assumed it was an emergency. The receptionist then suggested we make a formal complaint, because they were as frustrated as us. They then rescheduled for late the same afternoon, but again the Dr failed to turn up. This time there was no answer at the clinic and no way to leave a message. It's hard to understand this level of unprofessionalism.

Worst admin / reception team I’ve ever dealt with. Call me 2 minutes before my appointment saying it can’t go ahead unless I pay, which is understandable. When I ask them to send me an email with payment details they are unable too as “it’s too soon to appointment” I’ve been waiting 6 months now to have my appointment. I haven’t received an email since June 22nd from them. Yet are hesitant they sent me one on Friday July 19th.

Absolutely ridiculous.

All this to refill my prescription.
