Thank you to all the staff and doctors at Musgrave Street Medical. I have been attending this clinic as a child, with my children and now with my grandchildren over 50 years. An achievement for any business. I have recommended so many family and friends to this practice I have lost count. The experience to this day still remains quality and cannot fault their entire team from the receptionists, a few that have been there almost as long as me, nurses doctors - you are amazing. Dr Fabien and Dr Soper I see most regularly and always feel their genuine care and expertise is 12/10. I never leave feeling they didn’t have time for me and always feel so confident with their advice and recommendations. The extra care with after hours calls with results and check in’s shows their passion and dedication to their patients. Thank you for providing such a great service to myself, my family and the community.

Doctor Jessica Nickell is the most thorough, empathetic and caring doctor. Not to mention she is such a delightful lady. I feel so very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Our GREAT GP Dr Scott Thomson is moving from myhealth Coolangatta to a fulltime position at this practice early January 2025. Dr Scott has made it clear that he will be bulking billing all his patients with Commonwealth Health Care cards. I checked the practice before Christmas 2024. The mature receptionist was very rude and abrupt. She said this is a private practice that does not bulk bill patients. She needs to consider a career change as her attitude does not suit a caring medical practice.

I bumped into Dr Fabian by chance and it's been almost 3 years with him. He is an up-to-date and super professional doctor with excellent human abilities. He has become the doctor of the whole family, very good with the little ones, excellent in women's health and provides personalized care with standards of excellence.

On holiday from Melbourne I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr Fabian Ring. What an exceptional young man. His manor, knowledge & confidence in articulating what the issue was is like nothing I have ever experienced from a GP before. My only regret is he is not based in Melbourne!! Highly recommend.

Terrible. Charge a fortune and don't care about the patients. Cancel appointments at a moments notice. The receptionist is very rude and the doctors are terrible. We moved up to the gold coast and went here and after a long consult and no concerns about medications discussed in the consult. The doctors decided to change my wife's medications without even discussing it with her or giving her the courtesy of a phone call. They sent the message through the rude receptionist a few days before Christmas so we had no chance to arrange a second opinion in time. My wife has been on a medication regime that has worked for her for some time and the doctor had no problem with this during the consult but when it came to make an appointment to get a prescription the doctor cancelled the appointment 20 minutes beforehand and told the receptionist to tell my wife that they wouldn't write the script for medication she has been on for several years. The only explanation given was that it was because I had written a nasty email to the practice complaining about another matter. So don't complain unless you plan on going to a new doctor because they certainly won't take your concerns on board they will just use it against you.

Dr Fabian Ring is great. Super relatable, feels like you’re talking to someone in the family. He makes you feel super comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable. He is amazing with our 1 year old daughter.
