Dr Blanch is very professional and understanding and has been an extremely effective stabilizing force for me, and he's also a great guy. The reception staff are helpful, friendly, professional, and have very often gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that i receive prescriptions that i need to function. 11/10

After waiting more than a month for “Dr Vidal” to look at my referral he says he doesn’t have capacity. I was also told by the receptionist multiple times that he always takes on new patients. I cannot express how much I do not recommend wasting your time attempting to see anyone at this clinic. The false hope they gave me makes things much worse when you’re already struggling and trying to seek help and advice and they just lead you along with false hope and lies. If you are really seeking help I urge you to not even consider this place. Absolutely disgusting considering this is meant to be a place that you go to when you need help.

My experience was Dr samad was very poor treatment her lack of knowledge and experience really shows her true colours as a psychiatrist she went and spread negative stories to Hyson green about me being obsessed.
She is very rude and ignorant. No offence Dr Saba Javed has 19 years of experience in psychiatry never found her as rude and unkind as Dr samad.
Not only that she would say unkind words the most important to know she does not show empathy discharging her patients she does not communicate well and does not communicate with GPs well like Dr javed does. If you want a good psychiatrist my recommendations is to best suit Dr Javed worth trying out. She shows lots of compassion and dedication what she does

The Admin/Reception staff are an absolute credit to the practice. Dr Samad is very competent, thorough and compassionate. She is a very good communicator and made sure we understood the processes and options.
