Super disappointed with their service. They run an Australian post outlet. My mother in law, who is 80, is bent over with arthritis and uses a cane to walk, went there to collect a parcel for her grandson and the clown behind the counter watch her struggle taking 3 parcels to her car that was basically parked out the front of their shop. She had to make 3 trips. It was a real struggle.
A few days later my wife went to see them to raise a complaint. The clown who didn’t help, said it wasn’t his job to help. Probably correct, and I suspect common decency isn’t part of his job description either. To top it off, the chemist there came out waving his hands in my wife face suggesting her to move on. She was being very civil and not creating a disturbance. Both were extremely rude.
Suggest anyone needing the services of a chemist take their business to Yass or Canberra. I will never use them again and I am a resident of Murrumbateman.
