Dr Noel Brown is a fantastic family doctor who is very knowledgeable with a wide range of expertise. He is also very caring and takes time to explain things clearly.

He is so good my family followed him from a previous practice.

If you need a really good GP, I would highly recommend Dr Brown. Definitely 5 stars.

Waited in a queue just to check in for my appointment and by the time I got to the counter I was 20 minutes late despite arriving 10 minutes early. To no fault of the 1 person working at reception, the patients coming out creating their own line to pay rather than joining the long line made it even longer. The doctors here are rude, the guy I saw barely spoke English, hardly attended to my issue, and charged for to attend for my results.

Dr Noel Brown, you need to retire mate. Your attitude sucks and your level of service is atrocious .

Had the worst experience with Dr Noel Brown - an arrogant and rude old man and I’m not surprised to see countless other reviews saying the same thing.

First time seeing him to discuss an urgent and sensitive matter, he was 30minutes late and then when finally inside discussing he was arrogant, disinterested, constantly shrugging his shoulders and repeatedly dismissive of my concerns. He spent more time on his phone discussing another patient than actually listening to me. He had no interest in helping or giving me any information. I would’ve thought in his ‘30+ years of practice’ he might have learned some bedside manner or even just basic respect but clearly not. Terrible doctor.

Had to book an appointment for an iron drip this October. I cancelled over the phone. I Asked for another booking when i cancelled, but according to their policy I couldn't do it through reception as I had to make the booking directly with an unnamed nurse (whose number the receptionist will not provide)Receptionist would not put me through to a nurse nor give me a direct line. She guaranteed they would call me back but they did not call. I had to physically go into the reception practice to make the booking twice. Finally the second time, they declined me on the basis of shortage of saline. The manner I was treated was unempathetc and dismissive, followed up by a punative letter warning me of a future penalty because I did not make the cancelled appointment. Since I had made the effort to cancel,and made a request for another appointment which they failed honour, they could have made an effort to call me back but seems their admin, writing bitchy letters and punitive policy is more Important than their patients and customers service. Disgraceful!

Brenda on the phone was horrible, treated me like an idiot, was so snarky and passive. I told her my circumstances about my mums terminal illness and she didn’t bat an eyelash and spoke so condescending, started crying in the phone she didn’t care .

Our regular GP is hard to get in so wanted to find another GP locally that can see my kids who get sick a lot from going to day care. Dr. Thihan Oo has seen both my kids now and have been quite thorough in explaining what he saw. Will definitely let the kids see him again when needed.

Receptionist was lovely, but after 55 min of waiting I left as the Dr wasn't even in his office.
Don't make appointments if you can't attend to them.

The doctors are good however charging to get results and taking two min of time is outrageous .cost me 100 dollars out of pocket over two appointments For what was a 5 min initial consultation then 2 min consultation in fact most of the results was them solving IT issues.
