I was a patient of Dr Singh for a few years and my experience with him has been a pleasant one. I felt understood in my sessions and praise him for helping me live a more proactive life.

Sadly, what lets this clinic down is their Practice Manager - Monique. Each interaction I’ve had with her, I am met with a rude, condescending attitude and made to feel as though I am interrupting her day by contacting the clinic. Not the kind of personality you would’ve expected at a clinic that specializes in Mental Health. Further training on how to communicate with patients, and some basic human kindness and empathy is needed for this person.

I have been seeing Dr Gulati for two years now and have found him very helpful with helping with my concerns and questions.

Dr Gulati seems to be very busy and always fully booked but he is always patient with me and I never feel like I’m rushed in my appointment, he and allows me to feel comfortable when speaking about situations that would usually make me feel nervous or uncomfortable to speak about.

I would recommend his services and wide knowledge.

Dr Gulati helped me navigate all of my struggles and concerns and diagnosed me with ADHD at 31. Although the diagnoses process was detailed and required a lot of groundwork, Dr Gulati broke everything down into simple and clear tasks which assisted me throughout the process. I find Dr Gulati to be genuine, compassionate and honest in his approach. The diagnoses and medication prescribed by Dr Gulati has been life changing for me. I feel like I am finally in control of my life after 31 years. The medication and treatment plan from Dr Gulati has helped my work, relationships, overall well-being and has reduced my anxiety significantly. I feel incredibly lucky to have Dr Gulati as my psychiatrist and would recommend him to anyone navigating ADHD.

I found Dr Gulati to be quite clinical in his consultations with me. It did not feel warm, but more procedural. I found he got frustrated with me when I asked questions about the medications I take, with regards to him being able to prescribe them. As a non-medical patient, I don’t really understand the symptom and who can prescribe what. He didn’t really seem interested in explaining it to me and seemed quite short with me. Perhaps I caught him on a bad day.
In all I did not find my experience with him to be that helpful. I personally would not recommend him, but finding the right medical support is a personal journey and appreciate the patient and practitioner need to have some rapport to have a good relationship. I personally didn’t experience this with Dr Gulati.

Having never been to a Psychiatrist before, I was apprehensive at first, but I found Dr Gulati to be very thorough and direct with relaxed bedside manner. He greatly improved my mental health is so many ways, which enabled me to deal with curve balls to my physical health with a better attitude and confidence. He really has your best interests at heart, I would highly recommend.

Unable to communicate certain key pieces of information. Had to get referred twice within 6 months, even though doctors say referrals are good for 12 months and then after paying to see the gp a second time for a referal, I then get informed by gulati's admin that they can't see me due to conflict of interest. (a family member also goes there) this is fine but it's information that should be stated from the beginning, now I'll be out of pocket $160 for absolutely nothing to show plus another $80 for another referal.
Gulati may be good but the care factor for critical information provided by the admin is serverly lacking.
