A very busy clinic so expect a wait time, depending on your appointment time.

Plenty of parking available although you may have to walk to clinic.
Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available.
Located on the eastern side of the Munno Para shopping centre, next to an entry point.

Went in for an appointment in expectation I would get referred for a small surgery. Got referred for a surgery by the doctor I seen. Paid the fees, and then got a call saying the doctor doing the surgery wouldn’t do the surgery without an initial consult first, so have to pay the fee again. Absolute joke

I've been going to this doctors office for a few years now. The only thing that is good there are the receptionists. Having mental health issues and needing to be on the right medication. I had the pleasure of having a doctor that was rude and arrogant, really felt like he didn't want to be there. He had then left and I was not told that he had left. Then he returned for a short while, which I saw him and he was happy to prescribe my medication, then left again. The next doctor was happy to see me and not give me the right medications. He had to get another lady to talk which is now a waste of my time. So they said they would send me any paperwork correspondence they send. This did not happen. Called to talk with her and was assured she would call as soon as she was in. This did not happen! After calling again I think she was relieved that I was transfering my file to another doctors surgery. Tried to talk over me continuously so I hung up. So now I'm suffering though it. I'd suggest to look around for other doctors surgery that cares and wants to help you.

I've visited this very busy medical centre a few times now when visiting my daughter. They have been wonderful to deal with and Dr Kabir has been amazing. I felt listen to when speaking with him and I felt he has taken great care when addressing my medical needs. Way more than my own doctor at home. Yes I had to wait a little longer to see him but it was worth it. Thank you Dr Kabir for being so caring. The staff were amazing at each of my visits too.

Healthcare is an industry where burn out rates are currently at an all time high and appreciation for the service provided at a record low. The kind receptionist Sarah showed unexpected compassion as I attempted to get a last minute appointment, sympathising with my situation and booking me in during a cancelled slot. The nurse who attended to me had great bedside manner; and while the procedure was uncomfortable, it wasn’t painful (as I’ve previously experienced), which was a reflection of her skill level. If you’re looking for a clinic in the North - I would highly recommend this one.

Actually disgusted. My sister and I have called probably 18 times to try and book our dad an appointment because he’s not well, and both of us get put on hold then hung up on. Not once have either of us gotten to speak with an actual person. Eventually now we’ve given up because you have turned your voice message option off or some rubbish like that. Doesn’t even ring now, we just get that then hung up on. Answer your phones. People are trying to get help. (This goes for both Munno Para family medical and Playford family medical)

Absoutley disgusted in the treatment my daughter has received by dr shadrack, im not usually one to post reviews but im posting this in hopes another mum see’s this. All the reviews on here about him are true and i wish i had of seen them before taking my two children in there.
He acts like be doesn’t want to be there nor care,i was uncomfortable as an adult and not even the patient. My youngest daughter who was in there said to me ‘mum im scared’ he was not children friendly, he stuck the stick down the back of my daughters throat aggressively and she gagged and said ow that hurt, he did not acknowledge her nor say sorry. He didn’t talk through what he was doing to a child like any decent doctor would. Absolutely not okay! Why is he even a doctor? And why is he still doing practise with all these reviews.

Saw 2 female drs at this clinic both very rude and arrogant. One Made my autistic daughter even more anxious to go to the dr after the doctor being so rude. Her lack of understanding and empathy for my daughters disorder was totally unacceptable. The other refused to give me a prescription i needed as she swore id had 5 repeats given a month earlier, i hung up and rang reception they couldn't understand why she was saying i had repeats as they could clearly see on the computer system i didnt. Not sure about the other doctors there but these two female doctors need a lesson in client relations and basic computer skills
