I've been a patient here since i was a kid. I've seen a few doctor's here and they've all been lovely. Nurses are great, last time I had an injection... I barely felt it. Reception staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

They have very unclear and not transparent billing practices. I questioned the practice manager, Juanita, about possibly being over charged, and was verbally abused then hung up on. Later my doctor, who had recently moved there, called me and told me I was not welcome back. All for asking questions. I believe they are all far more interested in making money, and are not at all “professional and caring” as their maddening telephone menu system promises. Their actual billing rates and practices are so well hidden on their website that I could not find them, and their reception staff even had difficulty finding them. I would personally avoid the place at all costs.

Very unprofessional and zero empathy or compassion by the female doctor I saw. Was not interested at all in investigating my health condition , only interested in the $85 for two minutes of her time before pushing me out the door. And then as the final insult she was exceptionally rude and unprofessional on the phone to me and certainly has no concept of communication with her patients on a human level. I truly thought that when you engaged the services of a doctor that it was for treatment, management and care of your health , not to be treated coldly and with total disinterest. Very efficient , professional and compassionate staff. The receptionist at the vaccine clinic side is so welcoming and polite as is the nurse. My 2 kids were vaccinated seamlessly, nurse is so gentle and they would go back. I'd recommend this practice especially for kids vaccinations . Natalie,the nurse is amazing.
Have also seen Dr Hira the immunologist, his practice is just the same, professional , friendly ,compassionate and polite. I highly recommend him too.

My family and I have attended this practice since 1984. The standard of care and expertise over the years has been consistently outstanding. Townsville is lucky to have such an excellent medial practice, with efficient and friendly office and nursing staff and very knowledgeable and compassionate Doctors.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I find that Dr Diamond provides an excellent service. He listens, discusses options and gives appropriate advice about treatment. Moreover, if necessary he does not hesitate to refer to a Specialist Medical Practitioner for further treatment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and do that little bit extra which makes a Doctors appointment a much better experience. Highly recommended..

I never go anywhere else. These doctors know their stuff and are caring, asking plenty of questions and never feeling like they are just getting through the numbers to get you out the door. Lovely staff all round. Best medical centre in Townsville.

I use a wheelie-walker and when a difficulty arose the staff could not have been kinder or more efficient. The vaccination was smooth and reassuring. Happy experience all round.
