I was very impressed with this doctor clinic, I got an appointment on the day I needed it and the waiting room was very clean and inviting. The lady I saw was lovely and very thorough and I'm on my way to being back to 100% health after being sick for over a week. Would highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

When I’m in need of a doctor , this surgery has always been welcoming to not only me but my children. I enjoy coming here because the doctors and the staff actually listen to your concerns and try to help you as best they can. I feel so welcomed and I enjoy a good chat with the staff while I’m waiting to be seen by a doctor

Highly recommended to everyone! The lady doctor is awesome with good vibes. Receptionists named Tracy and Penny( i think her name not really sure) with great customer service, friendly and helpful. The young one just a bit rude and she needs more training in customer service. Both receptionists (Tracy and Penny) making sure u won’t miss your appointment by giving u a call if you’re a bit late. Also the nurses are great and efficient. I have good experience most of my visits with them in general.

Has taken 3 days for an appointment to be available for my 5yo son to be seen. We presented with a fever that he has had for 5 days at this point. The doctor we seen checked his temperature that was 38.6 then listened to his lungs.. He didn’t bother to check his ears or throat. I was told that it was a virus and should pass within a week.. I was very disappointed and feel like my only option is to take him to emergency to be checked out thoroughly. Can’t wait for our normal doctor to be back at this practice.

I got rude actions from the nurse once and a few from receptionist( small lady), feel unsafe and racist, Every times I went there she never greeting Hi,bye,thanks, 1. Once, the nurse asked me “your husband isn’t come with you today ?” I about to answer she said “shut up “ with rude voice!2. Receptionist argued me with rude tone and action (try to win)about appointment that I already booked but she said I didn’t book (say same sentence many time “no you not”)although I showed evidence, until her colleague confirmed that I booked, she blamed the system without sorry me (I used to eye witness she argued with male patient with rude voice, he was very upset and walked out the clinic), no listen, no patient.Today my husband call them this morning to cancel appointment but she said about 5 -6times “ no he didn’t” shouting voice and didn’t listen what the question is or the purpose of the client is then she said “oh yes but he didn’t cancel for doctor appointment” (it’s same appointment time and he did cancel both ) I have more details and evidences of this. For me dr Bahahra and Pathologist is the best costumer service, this reason why I still use their services. I am so disappointed with this.

A very clean & comfortable medical practice. My doctor was very helpful recommending some tests not just writing a prescription and off you go. However the cleaners did not fix the toilet seat and replenish soap in dispenser for washing hands. I am sure they will get a stern reminder from management. Highly recommended medical practice.
