Guys, stay away from this organisation. Other providers are surely there to help you out. They were knowingly taking more than 300$ from the elderly for several years !!! despite they didn't have to after getting subsidy from the government. After several years of wasting my money, i raised a complaint and guess what they said. "Go report to government" without a single apology. this place is only hungry for money and has no compassion. It is obvious if you see all these negative reviews.

If I could rate them 0 I would. The worker who visited my relative can’t speak English and enters my relatives house when she isn’t home and has been told by her children to leave but due to limited English doesn’t. This has happened multiple times. On the weekend, this particular worker was knocking on the windows and doors looking for my relative to start their shift. The relatives children were home but again the relative was not. They proceeded to go around the back and open the back gate (no joke) and let the dog out and escape. The dog ran away. The dog caused injury to another dog and the relative was caused a traumatic experience because there children were ABSOLUTELY devastated, upset, hysterical. The worker at Multicultural Care Campsie proceeded to apologize to the relatives children and pay the vet bills. She offered $30. I am seriously complaining about this ordeal. I was on the phone the whole time this was happening, and felt extremely frustrated at the situation. This situation exacerbated my relatives mental health care and caused a unnecessary amount of drama and issues for the family. I believe that this should have and could have been avoided 10000%!! I hope Multicultural Care Campsie seriously considers this review and sets in new policies against workers entering properties without the client home.

Stay away from this provider support workers are lovely but team leaders slow to act on anything no communication trying to get vital iquipment for client takes months just terrible provider never ever go with them.
