My 3yr old came in today with a cut to her chin and we had the absolute most loveliest nurse look after her. She was SO wonderful, sweet and caring to my little one. I would definitely be visiting again if needed. And the receptionist and Dr were also lovely and kind.

Was threatened to remove the review. Staff are unprofessional and the names of the doctors will tell you the rest. Hope this review can help other families make safe decisions.

My Doctor was lovely and the in house service was great, however the response time from their admin team is insane. It has been nearly 2 months of emails (I have had 3 replies to my 8 emails sent over this time) to have results of my appointment emailed to me. I was told in my appointment that this would be fine as I'm traveling and won't be in the country for a long time and was told a few days after my appointment that the results were ready but I still haven't received them. I held off writing a review as my in person experience was great but 2 months waiting for results that are ready to be sent over and the lack of customer service replies has been so disappointing.

Was requested by the pharmacist to contact my Dr to adjust a prescription, receptionist sent the Dr (female Dr ) two emails inregards to this. The Dr (female Dr ) decided NOT to do anything about this request, didn't bother to make contact with myself to discuss or anything. Said Dr (female Dr) finished early today and could not take 5mins to call or anything.
I will not be returning to this practice and would not recommend the Female Doctor there either.

My wife went in to get help for her mental health and come out feeling worse. No blood pressure taken, no weight recorded and then charged $120 after being told it was $80. We'll both be finding a new doctor

I have been taking my kids to this practice for a couple of years now. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Dr Khani has been amazing to my kids very warm, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me. All the nurses are amazing too! Every single one of them have been very sweet and kind to my babies.

This is a great family practice & the staff are always friendly. Both my sons and I have been seeing Dr. khani for 5 years.. she is such a kind nurturing doctor and has always provided us with the best possible options to maintain a healthy family.

Staff and doctors are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. Dr. Marcelo is fantastic, he really takes care you and your health. He takes the time to listen and talk you about your health concerns. I Highly recommend this clinic.
