We have been seeing the doctors here for many years and the doctors we see are the most caring and patient doctors, my family would not go anywhere else.

Negative review on this practice. A sign is displayed at reception basically saying all staff need to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately all the receptionists there DO NOT PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH, as they are rude, will ignore you while they have a private conversation, do not greet you or even know how to smile. Then they don't have the courtesy to inform you that the Doctor you have been seeing for the last 6 years has moved on. I have found a new Doctor and asked for My Medical Records to be emailed to the new practice. What a surprise to find out the receptionists can be nice and friendly, only to demand money to have my medical records sent to the new Doctor. Happy to not be going back to this medical centre.

Great doctors. Sue at reception is an absolute angel. Compassionate, understanding and goes to the end of the earth to ensure all patients are looked after, welcomed and informed. An amazing human who I cannot thank enough for her help, everytime.

Been coming here for a long time and this surgery has some outstanding doctors. As a chronic asthmatic who often runs out of meds, Im always urgently assisted when I need them. Cant thank them highly enough.

I've been coming to this practice for years and always have exceptional service and advice. I see Dr Singh, now whom has only been my GP for a relatively short period but always has taken the extra time to peruse and refer to my extensive medical history. Most importantly he excels at listening to his patients.

Doctors was great until Dr Gemma Beatson left,
Dr Melissa won’t take my son because his now missed 2 appointments. Won’t take my sons appointment to get his 12 month needles.
Melissa is rude and does not listen to her patients.

I have had an experience with a dr at this centre that is beyond belief when questioned in regards to a DOMESTIC VOILENCE situation i was told if the person( a patient within this clinic) does not have marks or bruises there nothing she can do. I was lead to believe DV is more than bruises Listening to your patient is a great way to find this out especially when dr and patient are friends outside. Very disappointing

I’m not one to usually give negative reviews, however in these UNPRECEDENTED TIMES I believe a review of protocols needs to be done IMMEDIATELY at the MT WARREN PARK MEDICAL CENTRE! I have been WAITING for a COVID test result, WAITING at home and doing the right thing (since Thursday, it’s now Saturday) still WAITING for the doctor to call me with my result ... it’s now 5 hours after being notified by the lab that the results are available from the Medical Centre. I have called twice within the 3 hours of the practice opening, to be told I have to wait for the doctor to call me! PLEASE ... allow your staff to give results over the phone! WAITING for the obviously very busy doctor to make the call is NOT GOOD ENOUGH! People less patient than myself will be tempted to do the WRONG THING, if we are left WAITING past a reasonable time to know if we can resume our now 'semi' normal lives.
